Queen size bed and 1 bunk bed single size for both. With amenities like heating, WiFi, iron, hair dryer, and AC, your stay will be convenient and enjoyable. You MUST bring your own towels, bedsheets, pillows, firestick, favorite beach stuff, toilet paper, paper towels and other essential items of your choice.

Great weekend getaway

The property was just as described. There were a few little ants that we found. The screen door was a little difficult to navigate. We wished there was a broom so we could sweep up some sand. Other wise, a great weekend getaway.

Fun night in Seaside!

Great location, cute little place! Very clean, make sure and take pillows, host was super accommodating! You’re literally 2 mins from the boardwalk! Only downside is the parking you do have to pay and find a spot on the street or park a little further for free and walk down. Would definitely stay again!

Jersey Shore getaway

Perfect little getaway spot while I was in the area for a sporting event. Pro’s: Just a block from the boardwalk and beach, only a block from the Jersey Shore house from the MTV reality show, if that’s interesting to you. The host was good at communicating about parking and all other things related to my stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. Cons: No parking, so if you drive you need to park, plan to pay for parking during your stay or walk two blocks down Fremont street to find free parking. There are some rules I’ve never seen at any other VRBO rental and I’ve stayed in and researched several VRBO’s throughout the country. For instance, 1. only adults are allowed, no biggie to me but might change things for some people. 2. You can only have visitors for 2 hours or less, I thought this was a little strange. 3. You are charged per person staying rather than a flat rate per night for the unit. Due to the nature of my stay and limited amount of time I spent in the unit, it really didn’t affect me, but those are things you should consider. Overall my experience was good. If I were to come again with friends or family next time I would have to further consider the charge per night per person condition because there is enough sleeping arrangements for 4 people which would put the unit out of range for the price based on that pay structure.
