This was located on the waterfront with a very nice restaurant right next door. The view was great, folks at the front desk were nice & we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to stay for our visit to Acadia--much quieter & more peaceful than Bar Harbor. It's an older place that's been refurbished, but it's very clean. Unfortunately our room was next to the restaurant which stayed open late for a rowdy group, thus wasn't as quiet as we had hoped. But we would definitely stay here again.

A lovely stay in Maine, easy access to Acadia

The room was immaculate, and nicely though not lavishly appointed. We had a desk with a chair, a table with two cushioned chairs, and a fridge. The heater/air conditioning unit worked well, we could open the window fully, and we had a refrigerator. To reheat anything, we had to use the microwave in the lobby, but that was fine, and I'm sure it helps keep the rooms cleaner. There's a restaurant next door that was great for breakfast, with lovely staff and very good food. We found the dinner prices at the restaurant to be expensive for what you got, but it was an easy walk into town or a short drive for other choices.
Loved having breakfast on the patio of the adjoining restaurant.

This is a really nice place! Great, helpful staff. Lovely location. Good restaurant onsite with an excellent breakfast. The only reason I give it a 4/5 and not a 5/5 is that our room (#120) was very noisy overall throughout the day (not at night, thankfully). We think it is because it's right next to the service room where they do laundry. Anyway, it might not be noisy in other rooms, but because ours was, it slightly dampened our otherwise excellent experience.

Very nice location close to everything. Free parking. Staff were very helpful. Room was clean but definitely an older hotel. No microwave / coffee maker in room or even allowed. Unable to turn off balcony lights so felt on display when sitting outside and unable to see stars clearly due to the lights.

We had the best dinner at the restaurant! Lobster appetizer was a meal & beer salad so good. The owner/manager was so helpful when Expedia did not cancel a previous booking. A nice little gift shop with most things you would need Or souvenirs

Kimball Terrace inn was in a very pretty location overlooking Northeast Harbor. Our room was the "Economy" room with one double bed - pretty small but fine for what we needed. We stayed two nights and they came in and made up our bed and emptied the trash after the first night which doesn't seem to happen anymore on multi-night stats. Check-in/check-out people were very nice. There wasn't any microwave in the room but one to use in the lobby/check-out area. Coffee available 24 hours a day as well. Nice big refrigerator in the room.
