• Sea Ranch amenities: Trail system and public beach access included; three recreation centers offer outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball, and tennis (amenities vary). Pool/tennis reservations available via the Sea Ranch Association website

• Connectivity: Wi-Fi provided; coastal location means speeds/reliability can vary. Cell service may be spotty

• Security: One exterior camera at the front door monitors the entrance only

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Additional cleaning fees apply if evidence of a pet is found
