This well-equipped beachfront property features sweeping views of the beach, Avalon skyline, and lots of boat traffic. Large uncrowded, guarded beach. The furnished, shaded deck is a great spot to watch the boat traffic and beach all day long. A corner lot on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the beach. The quite Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City is within walking distance of a beachside playground on 85th Street, upscale restaurants, deli and convenience store on 86th street, and a marina with parasailing and boat rentals on 88th Street. Jitney Service along Ocean Drive can also get you anywhere in Sea Isle. This home is a Top/Bottom Duplex. Rental is for the lower floor, which is up on flight of stairs. Ground level has parking, storage for tenants bikes & beach equipment, private outdoor shower with hot water. $600 SECURITY DEPOSIT
