This nicely maintained townhome is the perfect combination of country style beach living. Just a short walk to Dealy Field, restaurants, beach and promenade access. The ground level offers a large foyer with access to the garage, storage area, and elevator. Elevator is available with permission and elevator deposit of $600. Call agent for more information. The second level offers 3 of the 4 bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, Full bathroom, and private deck. There are two additional bedrooms on this level. One bedroom is equipped with a full bed and the other has a queen. There is a full hall bath and laundry room as well!The main living level offers the spacious great room and another queen bedroom located behind the kitchen. The spacious deck is perfect for entertaining family and friend.There is an additional refrigerator in the storage room for your convenience. Very nice home in a convenient location!
