This townhome is well maintained with plenty of space for the entire family. Just a short walk to guarded beaches and everything the town has to offer. The 3rd floor offers the main living space equipped with beautiful hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings. Seamless access to the main living deck and a conveniently situated powder room just off the kitchen. Plenty of seating for the family utilizing the dining table and breakfast bar. Behind the kitchen you will find one of the master bedrooms boasting a full bath and private deck. This deck is southern facing with plenty of sunlight. The 2nd level has the secondary master with full bathroom and covered deck on the front side of the property. There are two additional bedrooms on this level with a hall bathroom and laundry closet. Interior stairs lead down to the bonus room which can be utilized as a 2nd living space. There is direct access to the back yard and garage from the bonus room.The back yard is a fantastic extension of this home and great area for entertaining. Completely fenced in, pavers, direct gas line to grill, and outside shower. HOT TUB is NOT AVAILABLE FOR TENANT USE.
