This hotel is located in the heart of all the action. It is updated and felt clean. Can't say enough about the staff. They were all so friendly and made us feel like VIPS even though it was our first stay. They even noticed that we were celebrating my wife's birthday and they surprised us with a chocolate cake and a bottle of champagne. The room was cozy but felt clean and the rainfall shower head was great! Honestly I can go on and on, but really I will just say we were super happy and usually I can find something to complain about, but this time I can't. We look forward to staying at another Porto Bay facility in the future.
