Welcome – warmly welcome to the large and completely renovated studio in the Tulai holiday park in Scuol. The studio is located on the ground floor near the resort entrance. It is situated on the south side with a view of the Inn Valley, at the old entrance to Scuol, which is now practically car-free and very quiet. The bright studio, spoiled by the sun due to its south-facing orientation, scores points with its individuality, comfort, tranquility, brightness, mountain panorama, and a particularly spacious layout of 50m2. Directly from the house entrance, one can comfortably and idyllically stroll on the old and current Stradun without having to overcome any elevation. This allows easy access to the impressive landscape along the Inn River as well as the shops on the main street "Stradun" without effort. The large sun terrace of the studio invites you to spend cozy hours on the balcony with a wonderful view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites.



The studio apartment was renovated and furnished in 2022. The modern kitchen is well-equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The studio is furnished with two single beds 2x 90×200 and a sofa bed for an additional 1-2 persons. The bathroom, designed in a purist style, is equipped with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and washbasin. A parking space in the underground garage (1.80m high) completes the offer.



Enjoy the most beautiful time of the year in Scuol, a typical Engadine village, surrounded by sgraffito-decorated houses, the Swiss National Park, and a ski and bathing offer that is second to none.



The ski area Motta Naluns and the Scuol-Tarasp train station can be reached in 5 minutes from the bus stop at Stradun. The use of public transportation is included in the guest card. The valley trail Martina-Scuol can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, and shopping opportunities are located on the main street, which can be reached within a few minutes' walk.
