Lovely year-round mid-century modern Adirondack chalet style home with 92 feet of Schroon Lake frontage with mooring and dock. Large open living/dining room with wrap around deck with wood burning fireplace and sliding doors with gorgeous lake views. Beautiful stained-glass windows illuminate the stairway to the lower level. Enjoy coffee on the lower deck off the Master Bedroom. Or walk downstairs to the lake for a swim. Lower level includes 3 bedrooms and two full baths, laundry and deck with porch swings and couch. Additional half bath upstairs with den and twin sleeper sofa. The house is fully furnished and has all the creature comforts. Outdoor amenities include lounge chairs and outdoor dining furniture on upper deck, a firepit with chairs and horseshoes outside. Enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. Located just 5 minutes to the town of Schroon Lake and Schroon Lake Lodge and 30 minutes from Gore Mountain and the North Creek Ski Bowl and cross county trail system.
