Our cozy vacation home is located in the middle of the Pretzien recreation area, surrounded by many lakes.
It has a living space of 60 square meters and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, as well as an open living and dining area.
One bedroom has a double bed 160x200, in the second bedroom there is a bunk bed for the guests. Up to 5 people can stay in the vacation home.
You can cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen.
The special feature of this vacation home is the private outdoor area with garden, covered terrace, pool and barbecue. The spacious terrace is ideal for sunbathing and
and cozy get-togethers.
The fenced property has two parking spaces.
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
The vacation home is located on the Elbe cycle path and is a great starting point for many cycling activities.
There are several quarry lakes within a few minutes' walk. You can go swimming, stand-up paddling and diving there.
Magdeburg, the capital of Saxony-Anhalt, can be reached in 20 minutes.
There is a small store in the village of Pretzien that stocks all the everyday necessities. Supermarkets can be found in Gommern and Schönebeck.
