Mitten in der Natur in einer einmalig ruhigen Alleinlage eingerahmt von Wiesen und Wäldern mit herrlicher Bergsicht und Sonne bis zum Abend liegt unser Bergbauernhof. Von hier aus haben sie einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Bergwelt von Schönau am Königssee. In unserem Haus finden Sie 4 gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen mit Balkon oder Terrasse sowie 1 Doppelzimmer mit DU/WC und TV. Brötchenservice möglich. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, nicht auf den Watzmann, aber auf das Tal und den Untersberg. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man für eine Woche braucht, auch in der Küche.Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist lediglich, dass man von der Eingangstüre aus dem Freien direkt bei der Küchenzeile steht, die gleichzeitig Flur zum Wohnzimmer ist.Die Vermieterin haben wir außer bei der Ankunft nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Die eigene Terrasse ist recht schmal, wegen des kühlen Wetters haben wir diese aber sowieso nicht genutzt.

Wohlfühloase Königssee von oben & unten🙂

Wir haben uns in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sofort superwohl gefühlt. Frau Walch war eine tolle supernette Vermieterin und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Geschlafen haben wir wie die Murmeltiere. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die große Dusche war der Hammer. Das Haus, die Umgebung und der Ausblick auf die Berge waren fantastisch. Dafür Schade, daß wir nur 5 Tage dort waren (hatten eine Rundreise durch die Alpen und Venedig gemacht)...wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
