The village of Bagno di Gavorrano is just 2 km away and offers several restaurants as well as a small COOP supermarket. A larger selection of shops and leisure activities can be found in Follonica, 13 km away, a well-known seaside town with lovely beaches and a wide range of water sports. The Maremma is a region rich in Etruscan history. Vetulonia, with its archaeological museum and excavations, is well worth a visit. Another highlight is the Parco Naturale della Maremma, which stretches along 25 kilometres of unspoilt coastline. Only 9 km away, Golf Club Toscana invites enthusiasts to play a round, and for those drawn to the sea, boats are available for hire in Puntone or Punta Ala.

Podere Sant'Alessandro is set in a quiet and secluded location surrounded by the gentle hills of the Maremma. A large loggia with dining table and cosy seating runs along the front of the house. The spacious garden includes a large pool, a pavilion with comfortable daybeds and a roof terrace with views reaching to the sea.



The two-storey house combines traditional features such as terracotta floors, brick vaulted ceilings and wooden beams with elegant and stylish furnishings. The rooms are open, light-filled and inviting.



The caretaker and his wife live next door. Two hours of cleaning service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday are included in the rental price.
