Quick family getaway

This was perfect for me and 3 of my (adult) kids that had the opportunity to schedule a last minute vacation. Great location. Easy to get to Tybee Island and Savannah. We really enjoyed the stay!

Another Fantastic Stay!!

The home is so conveniently located to all Savannah has to offer! This time we visited so we could take the kids to see the Bananas! Such an excellent venue and SHOW!! We didn't really plan for the pool to be open at the house, but it was and the kiddos had a great time swimming and the adults relaxing!! We can't recommend this place enough! Charity has done an amazing job and we'll continue to book on our trips to Savannah!

The house was perfect for our group and exactly as listed/pictured! Lots of little touches that made us feel at home away from home! We also took advantage of the pool, deck, yard and grill as much as the weather allowed! The property is conveniently located between both downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, with plenty of amenities nearby (grocery, restaurants, gas, pharmacy, etc.) Our host was wonderful! Friendly and very responsive! 10/10 would absolutely recommend this beautiful, comfortable & clean home!

Family Trip

This home was absolutely perfect for our group! Exactly as described in the listing and includes so many small touches that really made it feel like home for the duration of our stay! The property was centrally located for us to explore both Historic Savannah andTybee Island. There were plenty of amenities near the house as well (Kroger, restaurants, gas, etc.) And we made good use of the pool and grill when the weather cooperated!! Our host, Charity was wonderful and communication was very easy! I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable and clean place to relax!

Everything you could need

We loved our stay here on Wilmington Island as a family of six. We brought our boat and were able to keep it at Bull River Marina which was 5 min away. Workout equipment was awesome as well. Grocery and shopping super close. Pool was amazing and kids swam for hours everyday. We were able to go to a Party Animals game as well as downtown Savannah. Kitchen was fully stocked as we cooked almost all meals at the house. Plenty of room to spread out and spaces to be together!Super quiet neighborhood great for walking/riding bikes. We will definitely be staying again!

Good Space but needs a refresh

The house was well suited for the 6 of us to be there. It is just in need of a 'refresh'. The pool itself needs to be scrubbed, but the water was clean. The patio furniture was broken and only a few lounge chairs to enjoy the outside. A large pile of rotting awnings, I believe, was on the deck along with some broken plastic furniture. In the kitchen, it needed to be re-stocked - no storage bowls, no spatula, only a few plates and low on silverware. The upstairs lacked hangers for clothes, bath towels etc. which made it a bit tricky. The manager was very responsive and the neighborhood is lovely. It just lacked a few things that allow you to really enjoy the outdoors.

The property had everything we needed for our vacation. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to Savannah and Tybee Island which made it so convenient to venture out during the day and get back to relax by the pool in the evenings. The space was great and the beds were so comfy. The host was very easy to communicate with and super helpful with all my questions. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for helping us make some great memories!

Great house, great location, very responsive host

Our kids loved the pool! They were in it every day. The house was perfect for our needs. The location was great, 15 minutes to downtown Savannah, and 15 minutes to the beach. The homeowner, Charity, was very responsive. When we needed a couple of things for the pool, she bought it and had it delivered via Instacart the same day. When we had any issues or questions, he responded very quickly via texts and calls.We highly recommend this house, especially if you have kids. We would definitely come back again in the future.

This house was perfect for our girls trip! We had 4 adults and 2 pre-teens. Everything was clean and in great condition! We loved the pool and back deck! We borrowed some sand toys to go to the beach! It was a great week!!

Excelente lugar

Esta propiedad es muy cómoda, tiene buena ubicacion y un pueblo tranquilo. Lo unico es que el departamento de limpieza le falto, baños y cocina por lo fee que cobran deberia ser impecable. La nevera no estaba limpia y con alimeamtos que deberian ser retirados, baños poco limpios. Pero no es motivo para decir que no se puede recomendar, es mas una critica constructiva para que mejoren esos puntos.
