First of all… the MOST amazing free breakfast out there is offered here. Our room and the hotel in general was clean, comfortable and located conveniently on the Southside. The staff was pleasant and genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. The only down-side was a ticking ALL night long that was determined to be water through the pipes making it difficult to sleep. Our bathroom door could not close all the way resulting in a lack of privacy. In the hotel’s defense, when we notified them of the issues, they offered to move our room, however we had already unpacked and settled in, so we declined the offer. That being said, I still highly recommend Element and will stay there again on my next visit to Savannah!

Great! Friendly front desk. I made a reservation on my phone and pulled in 5 mins later they had everything ready even my keys. Good breakfast selection. Fresh cooked eggs. Beautiful room that had everything. I didn’t need much for this stay but I will stay again when in town. Close to the hospital!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Upon arrival, I was greeted very kindly and check-in was swift. I even had time to grab a nap before my event. The room was pristine, and the location was perfect — surrounded by shopping malls and plenty of dining options. I would definitely recommend this property! The only downside was that the walls are extremely thin, and I could hear everything from the adjoining rooms, right down to toilets flushing.

The good: Large rooms with kitchenette. Pet friendly but didn't see any. Modern facility. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. The bad: overcharged my credit card, room not clean that good with hairs on bedsheets, towels and in shower, dust on floor and not vacuumed around beds. Definitely a minority here. Area is a bit sketchy and didn't feel safe walking to my car at night in the parking lot as a caucasian women. Weird place to put a hotel.
