The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Beer prices are good too.
The first night we ran out of water for our shower - which also meant no water for the sink or toilet. Additionally, we were unable to connect to wifi. However, after letting hotel staff know, they gave us a new room (directly above the office) which resolved the problem. The hotel staff were great and answered all of our questions about where to find things around town.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Slightly off main strip so a bit quieter, located alongside river - with the restaurant overlooking the water
Staff are helpful. Room is with balcony and nice view of the river. Hotel provides free pickup from the Tourist bus station. Its restaurant provides good food at reasonable price.
The hotel doesn't have basics thing even there is no bottle water and it's very hot ( it's summer here)
Early morning looked good out side there is rapti river and we got chance to see raino
Overall a very good stay and friendly staff however they are not all very ameanable. In terms of dietary requirements I was served egg at breakfast when I had already advised that I was dairy free/vegan. When I asked if they could amend meal ingredients to make them dairy free I just had 'not possible'. There may have just been a communication barrier however I would not recommend this place in terms of food choice/ameanability. The way they say goes and they are not very open to changes. However apart from this all was fine. Good stay thank you.
Very bad experience. Rooms were not clean, specially the western toilets were very dirty with spots on it. The property is also not upto the mark in terms of other services. No room service. The manager of the property over charged exorbitantly for the elephant ride. They simply made a fool out of us. We checked in at 8.00 PM and from that very moment the manager started pressurising us for dinner as they would close the kitchen. Only 25-30% food was available in comparison to the menu. We were promised a buffet breakfast next morning. However we were provided with only 2 slices of bread, butter, jam and an omelette which is a very small menu for breakfast. No option for vegetarians.
Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Jungle Wildlife Camp hotel in Chitwan.
What made it special was the stunning view and the extremely friendly and helpful staff.
We went on two walks with their jungle guide Soroj. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the birds, mammals and plants of the area.
Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others as well.
Beuttyful room with nice views super hospitality good foot net an clean I am so happy to be in jungle wildlife camp all the staff so nice I like to go back agen an enjoy the view in Chitwan from jungle wildlife camp sooooo beuttyful !!!
Dirty sheets, unclean room and powercuts for more than 20hours pr day, makes this a bad choice. Other hotels also have powercuts, but not as frequent and long as this one. Couldnt make use of wifi or fan in the room because of this. The friendly staff quickly changed behaviour when I booked a jungle trip through another agency than the hotels. Not coming back.
Hotel was very dumpy. Construction right outside the room. The property overall was run down. Bed and sheets were very old. Bathroom was horrible condition.
