Welcome to Illustrator Cottage
Illustrator Cottage is located in the Goshorn Lake Resort. This artistically decorated home is here to provide the best experience this summer, leaving you with many laughs and memories. It is located just two miles outside of downtown Saugatuck, not even a 5 minute, and a short walk to the Dune Rides. Has shared access with Goshorn Lake and their sandy beach, a volleyball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, jungle gyms, sandboxes, and a heated pool. Illustrator Cottage is the perfect getaway making you want to stay longer.
INSIDE THE HOME
Walk into a recently updated cottage, with a fully equipped kitchen (equipped with the basics), screened in porch, and decently sized bed and bath. This cottage has one bedroom (queen size) and one full bath. The full bath has handicap accessible rails for help in and out of the shower. There is also a ramp leading up to the entrance of this cottage. The living room does have a pull out sofa that turns into a double size bed. Come in after a long day Kayaking on Goshorn lake to relax and grill out. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in porch and listen to the birds.

With all that the resort has to offer you might not want to leave, but in the chance you do downtown Saugatuck is a 4 minute drive away. Want to go out and explore? Holland is a 15 minute drive, Oval Beach is less than 10 minutes, and South Haven is 20 minutes away.
Illustrator Cottage is a stand alone Cottage in Goshorn Lake Resort. If you are a larger group looking for a few homes in the same complex, look no further! We manage one other condo in this complex, Goshorn #5. The two condos are intended to be rented separately, with separate entrances and private areas, but could easily be rented together for multiple families or couples to enjoy. Great location
We enjoyed our stay. The lake and beach were perfect for young kids and we had fun at the pool too. The cottage was small but cute, functional, and fairly clean. We'd consider staying here again in the future.

Great location
Charming little cottage, clean and well-maintained. It was a tight fit for 4 people, but we made it work. Private lake was wonderful!!!

Goshorn Lake
Wonderfull family oriented group of charming cottages. Park right at your front door. A short walk to a private beach on a picturesque 27 acre lake. Nice pool. Basketball court. Sand volleyball. Quiet. Relaxing.

Great getaway
More amenities in the house than I expected
The fishing, kayaking, swimming, basketball and other activities there were just what we needed to get off of electronics and disconnect.
My kids didn't even ask to turn on the TV
I'd would bring extra blankets next time, otherwise, great time and wish we had a longer stay.

Perfect location
Our family loved the amenities at Goshorn Lake Resort with easy access to the lake/water sports and the pool. Our only negatives about the cottage were some areas that could use cleaning (cobwebs in corners, and dirty sheets on the pull-our couch). There were no pillowcases for the pillows to be used on the pullout couch. We also wish the cottage offered a couple of beach towels.

Quiet getaway off season
Quaint little cottage. We went off season so was a bit cool upon arriving. 50* , weather wise thru our stay. Close to all the places we wanted to see and do.
