The LOCATION and STAFF COULD NOT HAV BEN BETTER! Inside property was in terrible shape. Lobby was dark, the furniture was dated and the flooring and walls needed upgrading. The upstairs hallway carpet was worn and dirty and the hallway smelled stuffy. Inside the rooms, the carpet was even more worn and dirty and the smell was almost unbearable. however, the bathroom was surprisingly clean, with no mold, no dust, and clean floors. There was designated parking for hotel guests but it had not been monitored and was all full with non guest vehicles. We canceled our 2nd night's reservation because did not want to stay there another night. Won't stay here again until significant upgrades and cleaner facility. Not Hampton quality!

Love Fairhope
Love the location! Staff friendly, room, dining area clean. Furniture, walls, ceilings, and decor dated, stained, and/or scratched and in great need of repair/replacement.

The location is great to walk to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean but starting to look tired. The furniture in the breakfast space definitely needs attention/replacing.
