Outstanding host - friendly, quick to respond, thoughtful. One reason we chose this condo was the layout. We liked the large kitchen, the roomy and comfortable master bedroom and bath. A short hallway off the dining area includes a full-size washer and dryer and leads to the second bathroom and the 2nd (guest) bedroom. This arrangement makes the 2nd bedroom very private. The 5th floor corner location gave us a great balcony view of the beach, ocean, and morning sunrise. The building is well-maintained. The clean and inviting pool is located between the two buildings and includes a walkway to the beach. There is always a shaded area for those who need a break from the sun.The pool area and beach access require keys, so good security. We are coming back next year!

Great Winter Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised and pictured on the Website. Great views from the 5th floor balcony where we could watch the waves, surfers, and dolphins. We also saw several Space-X launches. The kitchen has everything you need. Big screen TV was perfect for watching the Super Bowl. The whole building was very nice, great pool area and all neighbors were super friendly. Also was great to have a garage to park our car in. Great experience and we highly recommend.
