Relaxing beach location

We stayed here with family for 6 nights and will definitely be back if our plans allow. The unit is exactly as shown and described with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. The unit had everything we needed and we especially loved the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, toys) and the wagon which made it super easy to walk to the beach. The seawall construction was not an issue as they didn’t seem to be working very hard on it. 😀. Definitely recommend this place and it was a great value for being right on the beach!

Great for short or long term rentals!

This was our first time staying with this host, but we’re glad we did. Most important to us: . Helpful, responsive host. We had a couple of issues while we were there but they were fixed promptly, and was very helpful when we ended up leaving early before a hurricane . Comfy beds . Comfy seating. The 2 end seats on the sofa are recliners Also great: . View: could see and hear the ocean and beach from the balcony seating AND from the sofa inside . Spacious floorplan . Spacious storage space in kitchen and bedrooms so you can unpack and stock the pantry even for long-term stays . Kitchen was well-stocked for non-consumables with the essential spices, plenty of counter space, dishwasher worked well . Ceiling lighting and fans in all rooms . Counter area outside bathroom in both bedrooms . Lots of beach stuff and a wagon for bringing it to/from beach Not as great: . The outside of building and halls to the apartments look dated, but they’re in the middle of renovations on other floors, so perhaps the halls will get an update . We could hear the renovations after 9am on weekdays, usually just some buzzing that wasn’t too loud or intrusive
