Experience the magical charm of the old town of Sassnitz - a mix of lovingly restored and new houses, connected by winding alleys and stairs. Enjoy the resort architecture with a Mediterranean flair, the sound of waves and stunning views of the Baltic Sea. Within walking distance you need for the city port and the Jasmund National Park with its majestic chalk cliffs - a sexy attraction and anytime a visit. The building has an elevator. A parking space is available.

FH 202:
Barrier-free 2-room apartment on the second floor of the apartment house Fürstenhof With a living space of 53 m² can accommodate up to 3 people, beautiful lake view including amenities: • In the cozy living room with couch are a dining table with 4 chairs, a coffee table, armchairs and TV (3D capable) available. • The integrated in the living room kitchenette is equipped with a 2-plate stove and refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and various kitchen utensils • Above the couch in the living room is a bunk bed (1.90m high). This bed has an excess length, and through the upper window you can see the Baltic Sea with its surf waves. • The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a 3d capable TV. A large wardrobe and a chest of drawers provide plenty of storage space. • The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, hairdryer and bath mat. • Arrive and feel good! We have already made the beds for you on arrival. The total price includes a laundry package for each person traveling. This includes duvet cover, sheets, pillowcase, bath towel and towel. • From the furnished balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The balconies are protected by partitions. When taking pets, please note that they must be leashed on the balcony. • A parking space is available. • Cot and highchair can be booked for € 10 each. You enjoy a beautiful lake view, see ferries and fishing boats passing by and have a panoramic view to the seaside resorts Binz and Sellin.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Super schön.Wir hatten einen schönen großen Balkon mit traumhaften Meerblick.Die Ausstattung hatte alles was mann für ein paar Tage braucht.Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Die Betten waren gemütlich u.das Kopfteil in der Höhe verstellbar.Leider hatte unser App.202 kein WLAN

Wirklich traumhafter Blick

So schön auf das Meer schauen konnten wir noch nie! Die Wohnung ist schlicht eingerichtet (keine Spühlmaschine, kein Backofen). Die Lage ist gut und der Parkplatz an dem Ort wirklich ein Vorteil. Wir würden wieder kommen! Am Anreisetag (Winter, Feiertag) war die Wohnung mit 14 Grad echt kalt und nach drei Stunden volle Pulle heizen war sie auf 18 Grad. Also bei der Anreise warm anziehen. An den Folgetagen reichte die Heizung aus.

Kurzurlaub

Kleinere Mängel ( Kosmetikeimer mit Deckel fehlte,kein Feuerzeug, kein Flaschenöffner), unteres Regalbrett vom Hochbett kippelig, ist leider keine Abstellmöglichkeit, rechts unten an der Balkontür Schimmelbildung, Sonnenliegen auf dem Balkon wären schön. Ansonsten war der Urlaub sehr gut.

Bombastische Aussicht!

Mega-Aussicht! Wir haben es sehr genossen, jederzeit das Meer und das Wellenrauschen präsent zu haben. Es war toll die Vögel auf dem alten Seesteg zu beobachten und zu hören. Die Küste von Rügen ist wunder-wunderschön! Negativ empfanden wir das nicht vorhandene Wlan. Und das Wäschepaket ist mit insgesamt einem Geschirrtuch und vier Handtüchern für zwei Personen/ zwei Wochen definitiv zu knapp bemessen. Man hat weder in der Wohnung, noch im Haus und auch nicht in Sassnitz die Möglichkeit zu waschen! Der nächste Waschsalon ist erst in Binz. Bus- und Eintrittspreise sind auf Rügen recht saftig.

Toller Ausblick

Die Lage des Appartements ist super, direkt an der Promenade, aber im ruhigeren Teil mit wirklich herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer, von einem großen schönen Balkon aus aus. Ich hätte auf diesem Balkon gerne noch einen schönen Liegestuhl gehabt, um z.B.abends noch entspannt den Wellen zu lauschen, Stühle sind aber ausreichend vorhanden. Man ist direkt in der kleinen Altstadt. Insgesamt angenehme und ruhige Tage.

Attraktive Lage

Gemütliches, gut eingerichtetes Appartement, tolle Meersicht. Da es in Sassnitz genügend gute Restaurants gibt, fällt die eher einfache Küchenausstattung nicht ins Gewicht. Das WLAN muss via eigenem Handy und Hotspot eingerichtet werden. Parkplatz für gute Autofahrer.

Rustikal in schönster Lage mit Meeresrauschen

Für zwei Erwachsene mit Hund sehr geeignet. Durch die Lage sind alle Möglichkeiten in Sassnitz zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und das Auto steht sicher am Parkplatz vor der Tür. Einrichtung klassisch Ikea meets rustikal. Aber ordentlich, sauber und funktional. Wlan wäre schick gewesen, aber man überlebt auch ohne. Spüli, Seife, Geschirrtuch und Lappen erleichtern den Start. Sonst auch an Geschirr und Küchen-Utensilien gut ausgestattet. Mit warmen Decken ist der Balkon auch im Herbst ein Traum. Wir danken für die schöne Zeit.

Der Urlaub auf Rügen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war supper .Unterkunft mit der Aussicht auf der Ostsee war wunderschön. Können wir nur weiter Empfehlen. Immer wieder gern.
