io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Buona accoglienza. Appartamento ampio, ben accessoriato e pulitissimo. Ampio parcheggio. Posizione ideale per gite in Alto Adige ma anche negli stati vicini, Svizzera ed Austria sono ad un passo e la Baviera e' a sole 2 ore di macchina.

Wir hatten eine Erdgeschosswoh...

Wir hatten eine Erdgeschosswohnung, dessen Wohnraum laut Foto ein Fenster hinter der Eckbank hatte, gebucht. Tatsächlich lag der Raum im Souterrain. Über der Sitzecke war ein Oberlicht, sodass die Bewohner der höher liegenden Wohnungen Einblick hatten. Für den vielsprechenden Vermieter und Interchalet waren wir die einzigen Gäste, die sich darüber beschweren würden. Der Hausmeister war nach unserer Beschwerde mit uns böse. Da er ausschließlich italienisch spricht, stürmt er plötzlich in die Wohnung, um pantomimisch seine Anliegen zu verdeutlichen. Ausstattung dürftig: Trinkgläser, Kochtopf, Schüssel waren bei Ankunft nicht vorhanden, kein funktionierendes W–Lan, an einem Abend kein heißes Wasser. Interchalet hat erst nach Nachhaken zugegeben, dass die Wohnung tatsächlich falsch ausgeschrieben war und uns 20% erstattet. Ich musste zweimal um den Bewertungslink bitten und erst danach kam der Hinweis, der Link würde uns in einer Woche zugehen. Diese Hinhaltetaktik minimiert die Anzahl schlechter Bewertungen. Außerdem behält Interchalet sich vor, schlechte Kritiken solange zurückzuhalten, bis der Sachverhalt geklärt wäre. Das demotiviert zusätzlich, überhaupt eine Kritik zu schreiben.
