Overall wonderful little cottage in walking distance to the beach. I timed it and it’s five minutes from door to beach! Well appointed with dishes, ironing board, coffee maker etc. Our unit (dancing bear) faced the street so there was some noise but nothing disruptive. Had some issues with the AC and internet but staff was responsive and issues remedied quickly. The unit could use a deep clean-dust on doors, fans, vents but overall in good condition. Be aware that each person is allowed one towel every three days-however we were able to secure extra ones eventually. The beach supplies are first come, first serve so we initially didn’t have chairs but once again, staff worked to remedy the situation. Supplies are old but in working condition-wagons rusting and squeaky, chairs torn, but no big deal. They met our needs-it’s all you need for the beach. Never used the pool but it looked welcoming and clean. Smart TV is a nice touch. The Ringling beach house met our needs and was comfortable with a great location!!! We walked everywhere.

Unit was very clean, a nice unit overall. The wooden stairs and hand rail need to be replaced. One step was rotten and another not nail properly. Currently the stair case is dangerous to use.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Ringling Beach House! Susan, the property manager, was extremely responsive and made sure all of our needs were met. The accommodations were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location couldn’t have been better, right across from the beach, and having access to a beach cart and chairs made our days by the ocean so easy and enjoyable. We definitely plan to come back!

Great place and great value! the only thing that would make it a perfect score would be extra towels. One per customer is a bit short for 4 days. And better shower soap/shampoo/conditioner since it's hard to travel with these. Other than that, highly recommend that place! I would definitely go back!

Location was amazing and the pool was refreshing and clean! Condo wasn’t the cleanest and garbage disposal didn’t work and had food in it from someone else’s previous stay. We swept a couple times and there was lots of dog hair and we didn’t have a pet with us.

Miss Susan was great! Property was very clean! There was some water damage on the wall in the bathroom. Otherwise, wonderful property/stay! Steps to the beach! Well maintained. Would stay again for sure!

Clean apartment......no staff on property. Unit had no icemaker and there was one tiny ice cube tray that made extemely small ice cubes very strange. Pool was nice. Beach access trail was full of stagnant water.

Served its purpose. Super close walk to the beach. Living room only had seating for 5. Our 6th had to sit at the kitchen table in the living room area. Also parking may be an issue on the weekends as they let beach goers park in the already small lot for a fee. We were told we could park in the back of the building which would be a block and half walk. Pool was clean when we got there but water quickly turned cloudy for most of our stay. Did appreciate the wagons and beach items (umbrella , chairs etc) that we were able to use. Apt was clean. No vents/fans in the bathrooms. Also close to downtown area.

Amazing!

We stayed at Seal apartment. It has two rooms; a full kitchen and it looks to the pool. The exterior has kept the colonial/Spanish architecture, but the interiors are fully renovated and new. The air-conditioning is silent (which is something not always you encounter). It's very close to entrance 8 and 9 to the beach, literally you just crossed the street. The hotel has beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a plus. It is also very close to the Siesta Key downtown, which is a beautiful beach town, with restaurants and shops. We loved staying here.
