The rental is a perfect location!

The rental is a perfect location for the beach and fishing. The condo is very comfortable and everything you would need is right there. The pool was very nice and right outside the entrance. We would rent it again.

Pelican Cove 3 is located conveniently to many shops and restaurants. It's in an incredible location to beach and bay. It's a wonderful place.

We loved this rental!

We loved this rental! It was relaxing to enjoy the beach view from our balcony, and it was such a short walk to the beach. The rental was very clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of supplies for the two of us and restaurants were close by. We will look to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful condo and has great access to the beach. Everything from checkin to check out was smooth. Would recommend any of the condos in the building but especially this one. Only down side is if you like to cook on vacay like we do. The cooking supplies are limited and well worn. But overall great condo!

Great beach stay

This property was great. Hosts were on it and constantly responding to our needs. We walked to the beach most days and its a short little jont to the entrance. Traveling with a little the pool was a big hit!

What a view

Only issue i had was waiting on the dryer took sever restarts even for a small load other then that the property was everything we could ask for. The beach view could have been little better without the pirta johns right across the road but if u need them while on the beach they came in handy im sure

Memorial Family Weekend

Great location and convenient parking. Apartment is good size and provides great views for sunrise and sunset. Communication with property management was excellent. Great for a family weekend!

Great location, beautiful views, very nice condo

Wonderful communication with property manager. The location is perfect, easy walk to Bridge Street, trolley stop is a half a block away for northbound, right across the street for southbound. Condo was wonderfully stocked, very clean, & spacious.

Clean Condo Steps from the Beach with Pool

Condo was very clean. We loved the fact of it being so close to the beach. Just steps away. And nice to have a pool to come back to after a day at the beach to cool off. Would definitely recommend it and will stay again.

Great location, great times

Pelican Cove's location was perfect, with restaurants and bars nearby and the beach just across the street. We occupied this rental property with another couple. Various activities were available. The pool and hot tub were great in the afternoon, thanks to the shade, especially after getting sunburned. Our only issue was minor - the dryer didn't function properly. We hung towels on the balconies, embracing a relaxed mindset while on vacation.

Perfect family getaway

The location of this property can’t be beat! Cross the street and you are literally on the beach or go in your “backyard” and you have a heated pool and hot tub! The condo was clean and well furnished. Check in and out was a breeze - we arrived a little earlier than planned and they graciously allowed an early check in! If you’re thinking about staying on Anna Maria island, this is the place to go!

Exceptionally clean with all of the accommodations. Perfect location on the island. Rented a golf cart that was delivered to our unit and brought our bikes to thoroughly enjoy the island. We had the 3 unit condo to ourselves and one owner above us, due to the timing of our trip.

A very spacious condo!

The condo is very spacious with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen with 2 types of coffee pots and Roku tv's. Nice screened in porch right across the street from the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Condo is walking distance from restaurants and shops. On Wednesday and Friday's there is a farmers market/vendors at Coquina beach (10 min drive) which was nice. We enjoyed our stay!

30th Wedding Anniversary

My husband and I stayed here in December 2024, and this VRBO was absolutely lovely. It was a charming apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had many amenities we needed. The proximity to the beach was perfect. There was a small glitch during the checkout process, but the property management team was responsive, and the issue was quickly resolved.I’ve visited Florida a few times before but had never been to Anna Maria Island. It was truly charming, with more of an "old Florida" feel compared to other places I’ve been. The water and beach were stunning—a beautiful and much-needed escape from winter.
