Perfect size and location. Convenient to everything. Easy to get to siesta key beach. Lots of shopping opportunities close by. Well supplied with things. Pool clean and well maintained. Only complaint would be a need for more lighting in living room and possibly a coffee table. Would stay here again

A wonderful visit!

We have stayed in many short term rentals while we travel and on our trip to Sarasota we weren't sure if we could find something decent in such short notice. They were incredibly accommodating and the rental was spotless. My kids have asked several times if we can go back. We will definitely be staying there again!

Cute Place

This place was okay but not great. It's located on a very busy street. The noise from the road was extremely loud. Cars could be heard 24/7. It also was not very clean. The place stunk like fish. There were lots of ants. We had to go out and purchase ant-killer. The inside was renovated nicely, and the furniture was cute. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

Yearly 2 week vacation

Great location. The pool is perfect and 2 buildings down so super close and always 84 degrees/clear. Tables and chairs and loungers great. Alcoves if prefer shade too. Near all sites and beachs. Super close to favorite store detwillers!. Minimal pots and pans for cooking by worked out. One beach chair but we bought one. Came to fix exterior light and garbage disposal super fast and friendly. No dishwasher but not an issue for us. Lovely note upon check in with chips and salsa and a bottle of wine. Might suggest a collapsable or island on wheels for more kitchen prep area. Might suggest more lighting and end tables in living room. My old eyes cannot see well lol but we moved a lamp from bedroom and that worked out. Loved the screened in patio. Furniture very up to date and bed comfy. Might suggest one more chair in the living room and steam clean the sofa but honestly one of the best places we have rented so zero complaints. You wont regret renting! pans and xould use reusable
