DOCK/BOATS: Dock can accommodate up to an 18.5 ft boat. There are low bridges to reach the main waterways with only about 6ft of clearance depending on the tides. **BOAT IN PHOTO NOT INCLUDED**

PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. 1 designated parking space is provided and guest parking is available, although not guaranteed. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
