Una marca NUEVO 2000 p / c, 3 dormitorio moderno casa de playa con piscina climatizada y muy privado. Una ubicación perfecta a sólo unos pasos de la playa, puerto deportivo y la plaza principal, con grandes tiendas, un supermercado y restaurantes. No hay necesidad de conducir en cualquier lugar. Situado en un barrio tranquilo, con vegetación tropical, grandes palmeras y flores que florecen.

Tiene capacidad para 8 personas, 3 plazas de garaje, 60 "Smart TV de plasma con Netflix, 30 Mb / s de banda dual de alta velocidad a internet inalámbrico, TV de pared en todas las habitaciones. Electrónicos inteligentes son toda la casa con el movimiento activado iluminación, luces decorativas de la noche y el termostato Nest. Haga de sus vacaciones aún más cómoda y sin preocupaciones.

Great girls getaway

We stayed here for a few nights for a girls Anna Maria Island getaway with grandma, daughters and two granddaughters. We had a great time, the pool is wonderful, short walk to the beach, the place was clean and the owner was very helpful! We would definitely come back!

Excellent pool deck and location

Check in was a breeze. Communication with the host was excellent. Unless weather prevents it, Wednesday is always pool maintenance day and Alex always communicated before stopping over. Easy three block walk to beach access. There is no parking at this beach access which is a plus because there were less people. Ugly Grooper and shops are easy walking distance. If you bring a dog, the dog park is approximately three blocks away also. With the tiki bar Ugly Grooper so close their dumpster is right next door. Just be prepared for it to be dumped on a regular basis between 630-700am. Loud. By far our favorite part of this property was the pool deck.

Great family getaway

We had a great time on Anna Maria Island! The house was in a great location - a few blocks to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The pool area is beautiful and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The house is clean and had most everything we needed. It was so nice to have beach equipment (chairs, wagon, etc) there for us so we didn’t have to bring it. The owner came to check in with us and make sure the pool was clean. We would definitely recommend this house for a nice family getaway!

The BFF Fifty and Fabulous Tour

Fabulous place to stay. Centrally located. A stroll to the beach. The house had more than enough room for everyone and three bathrooms. The pool is spectacular and while having cocktails the Ugly Grouper next door plays music. There is a place to sit out od the sun. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. We rented from the Toy Barn. We all said we would be back and rent the exact house if we can. I also suggest experiencing some drinks at the doctors office.

Best vacation ever!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and is supplied with everything you need. Alex will help out with any questions you need answered. Everything is in walking distance. Pool was the best! Every restaurant in Holmes Beach gets a five star. Rented a golf cart and toured Anna Maria and went to both piers to eat. Will be back next year. Thank you Alex for everything. The Woodwards

Great Location!

The house was a short walk to the beach, and was close to everything you needed. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We really liked being so close to the north end of the island. The house was pretty much exactly as described, and the kids loved the playing in the pool every day after coming back from the beach.

Love Holmes Beach, AMI

We stayed 1/2 block away the summer of 2021 and immediately knew we wanted to return. We felt we needed more room and are really happy we found Alex and his Happy Island Cottage. The neighborhood is residential yet close to shops, eateries, and a 5 minute walk to a non crowded section of the beach on 56th and Gulf. Alex was very eager to please and address questions/concerns almost immediately. We were very pleased and grateful to be allowed to get into the house before check in as we were traveling with my elderly mom. The house was fully stocked and met our needs. The pool was great and very refreshing after hours at the beach. The Ugly Grouper is right around the corner and we would enjoy the sounds from their live bands from a nice distance so as not to interfere with our conversations. We would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us 😎.

Great Escape Location

We enjoyed our stay on AI & found the house to be just perfect for a family with teenagers. Close enough to walk to the quiet beach, round the corner from good local stores and the free bus at the end of the road perfect for getting home after an evening out!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was pretty much as advertised. Owners were friendly and pretty responsive to our inquiries. The cottage was nice and clean, and provided enough privacy. We had plenty of room for my husband and I, our two teens, and my Mother-in-Law, but could use more seating in the living room. All of the beds were comfortable. We loved the master bath and appreciated the extra bathroom/laundry area. Wish the main entrance to the home and access to BBQ grill from kitchen were on the ground level, but understand why the homes are raised in case of storms/flooding. Too many stairs for my Mother-in-law. We checked in very late and the front door access code didn’t work, but all is well that ends well. I was disappointed there was only one raft for the pool, and it didn’t hold air. Decent location for not being on the beach. Nothing on the island was too far away. The air conditioning worked perfectly as it was very hot all week. Washer/dryer were nice and fast to keep up with all the towels. Overall we had a nice, positive, experience while we were there for a family reunion in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
