This property is clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It is roomy and quiet with great views of the gulf and is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping.There was a mix-up with the key when we arrived which was quickly resolved by the property manager.Everyone was friendly and the location can't be beat.

Fantastic property, very clean, cool, and had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach (literally just across the street) and brief stroll to shops and restaurants was a dream. Excellent communication throughout the stay. Would def come back again!

Perfect location!

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. We were able to walk to everything, including beach, shopping, and restaurants. It was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. One of us made the comment that he could live there!

Great location. Great balcony to sit in morning and evening. We were there for a wedding at Longboat Key Club and very close by. Safe friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of stuff. Spent a Sunday at the Lido Beach Resort Tiki bar.....do not miss this place (short walk), so much fun, great bartenders, and no problem putting our football team on TVs! Perfect spot for only 3 nights!

Great place and wonderful location. Walking distance to everything. The key to the house was hard to open the door and we had to get help a handful of times. Bed was comfortable and was a great layout. I would definitely book again.

Very nice place and the bonus is you have your own private parking place so close to Lido beach. Easy walk to Armand Circle shopping and restaurants. All amenities included.

Beautiful Property & Great Location

We were very fortunate to stay at this property. It is in a great location - just a short walk to St. Armand’s Circle. It is also just steps away from the beach with a convenient walkway across the street. In my opinion, this property is actually nicer than in the photos. We would certainly recommend a stay at this property.
