The place was everything that was stated online. Roomy clean, convenient to restaurants shopping not far from the beach. We had a lovely time visiting with friends from as far as CA, NY and a a few from west to east FL. I would definitely comeback.

Great for families

Condo was amazing! Spacious rooms and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The pool was well maintained and not crowded at all. The few times I had to reach out to my host she was quick to respond and very friendly. Will definitely be staying with her again if I'm in the area.

The property is in a remodeled apartment complex which was a bit deterrent at first but the inside of the unit and sitting area out back were beautifully done. The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. The best part of this property is the excellent communication and response form the owner or property manager Doris. A small issue that we had was resolved promptly and with much consideration. It was very much appreciated.

Perfect for family, very clean, just as pictured!

Every part of our stay was perfect, in part because of where we stayed. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It had the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer. We were able to prepare meals, lounge on the patio, and were close enough to enjoy the beach. Communication was quick and Doris was so helpful. The whole experience was perfect. We loved our stay, thank you so much!

A Reasonably Priced Oasis

Don't let the plain exterior fool you! This roomy, clean, well stocked bit of heaven was a highlight of our recent trip to Florida. New sofa and beds are quite comfortable. Little outdoor area was shaded and perfect for wine and cheese at sunset. Washer/Dryer came in handy. Snacks were left for us, and best of all 6 minutes for the beach. Stocked with 6 new beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of beach towels, allowed us to just head out to Siesta Key whenever the mood hit us. Enjoyed the place very much!

The condo was clean, the location was convenient, and the owner was responsive when issues were reported. She also provided a 100 refund, which we appreciated.However, there were several concerns during our stay. We noticed uneven floorboards that could be a tripping hazard, especially for children. The bathtub spout in one bathroom unexpectedly detached while my child was bathing, causing water to spray forcefully. Thankfully, my husband was able to catch it before anyone was injured. Although it was repaired the next day, promised at 9:30am, ended up being 5pm, the water in that bathroom never became adequately hot, so we had to use the second bathroom for showers.Asdutionally, one bedroom is directly above the stairwell, and every time someone used the stairs, the room shook noticeably, like a tornado. The noise made it difficult to sleep, and even from sleeping on the sofa, footsteps and movement from people entering and exiting the building could be clearly heard.We also found several unlocked windows upon arrival, and one bedroom window facing the parking lot had a broken lock, which raised security concerns.I am sharing this information so future guests can make an informed decision. While the owner was communicative and attempted to address concerns, the maintenance, noise, and security issues affected our overall experience.
