*0 Stars – By Far the Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Had*
I booked this hotel through Expedia and chose it based on the photos and amenities listed. The reality was nothing like the description. I’m leaving this review because future guests deserve to know what they’re walking into.
*Arrival & Driveway*
The driveway to the property is dangerously steep and narrow. Driving up at 11:40pm after a 14-hour flight + 2 days no sleep + 4hr 20min drive from the airport, I genuinely felt the car might tip over. It’s not just “inconvenient” – it felt unsafe. If you have a low car or aren’t confident on severe inclines, even walking up and down the incline was not easy for someone with back and knee issues, also no one there to help with the luggage, in consideration i don't know if any of the resorts or hotels have bellhops. reconsider.
*Room Conditions*
1. *Bed*: The bed frame is so low to the ground it might as well not exist. I’m 6ft tall and it felt like sleeping directly on the floor. Getting in and out was a challenge after 2 sleepless days.
2. *Cleanliness*: To be fair, the room itself was clean. That’s the only positive. Clean towels and sheets were provided. and light blankets.
3. *Linens*: There was 1 bedsheet thrown on the bed. The other sheet and towels were just left in a pile on the bed for me to make it myself. Zero effort made for a guest arriving at midnight exhausted.
4. *Door Security*: There is NO peephole on the door. For solo travelers or anyone concerned a
