This Large , 1600 ft historic cure cottage is brimming with original details is perfect for your summer retreat! The property has recently undergone a full renovation of the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. The large kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave granite countertops and a wealth of cabinet space. It opens into a large formal dining room that seats 8. There are two full baths, one with a soaking tub the other with a standup shower and the charming living room includes a working fire place and a 60 inch TV. There are 4 bedrooms , a queen sized primary and 2 with full beds upstairs and an extra large bedroom downstairs with 2 twins that is separated from the rest of the house. There is a laundry room with brand new washer dryer is in the basement and a large porch for relaxing. The house gets amazing light throughout the entire day! Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby lakes and trails, guests will enjoy a marvelous stay in a peaceful setting. Fall in love with Saranac Lake and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
