So conveniently located! Easy to walk anywhere, perfect for a two nights trip. Staff was lovely, ready to assist with tours or travel arrangements. The facilities are a bit outdated. We almost needed written instructions to handle the outlets! Breakfast was fine. Is a small place so is never crowded.

Fantastisk opphold med utmerket service!
Jeg og min venninne hadde et tre netters opphold på dette hotellet, og vi hadde det helt fantastisk! Det som pekte seg mest ut for oss var en service vi ikke kunne drømme om å håpe på! Vi fikk sjekke inn en time tidligere enn innsjekkstimen, en av damene i resepsjonen hadde laget et eget skriv om sine anbefalinger til steder og se og steder å spise. Vi benyttet oss av flere av disse anbefalingene og ble imponert! Videre hadde hotellet en sjåfør som stilte opp for oss når vi måtte trenge det, han kjørte til og med og hentet vær glemte mobiltelefon på en restaurant. Hotellet ordnet uoppfordret en restaurantbestilling for oss da de visste vi skulle dit. Vi ble over oss av begeistring av den fantastiske servicen totalt sett. Ellers var hotellet rent, sjarmerende, sentralt, rimelig og hadde en god frokost. Vi fikk igså prøve bosnisk kaffe. Skal vi tilbake til Sarajevo vil vi ikke bo noe annet sted! Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold, vi anbefaler det på det sterkeste!!
