Wonderful view from deck, efficient check in procedures, perfect house for a “girls” trip with large bedrooms, well supplied kitchen, large dining room table and open space for seeing everyone. Very steep ride up to house but worth the view! We were able to park 3 cars in the tight driveway. Excellent house and helpful management company. Made our visit memorable.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

The house was perfect! It was spacious and beautifully decorated with amazing views. The house had everything we needed. We loved the amenities. We used the pool and hot tub at the clubhouse every day. We will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Second time to stay in this lovely home. Neighborhood quiet, easy access to the Sapphire Valley amenities and lots of outdoor adventures in the region. Views from the balcony are lovely and lots of space in living area for little ones to run around. 5 large bedrooms giving everyone privacy.

Great stay for our week in NC. The house was wonderful and very well stocked. The layout is excellent and has tons of space (we had a family of 5, but could've fit more easily). We've rented a number of houses, and this house had a lot of nice extras... shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, handsoap at each sink, dish soap, etc. Also lots of extra supplies in the kitchen made cooking wonderful. LOVED the record player - our kids had a lot of fun discovering some great old music. And the views were WONDERFUL!

Lancaster Friends Annual Mountain Trip

This is our annual friends trip to the mountains, eight years and counting. This was the best house we’ve stayed in to date. Each of the bedrooms was comfortable, roomy, well decorated and comparable. The den was roomy and comfortable and the views were amazing. The gas logs added a very nice touch on the cool mornings and evenings. The gas-fired table on the deck was great. The deck was well furnished and we enjoyed sitting together, talking and enjoying the view. The dining table was just the right size for our party of eight. The kitchen was roomy and well equipped. Everything worked great. It was a great experience and we loved the house.Felicia was great to work with. She responded to any inquiries almost immediately. She was a great representative of Evolve and we appreciated her help with questions.

Great house for family vacation!

This house worked out very well for our family vacation. We are a family of ten over three generations and the house was very comfortable for all. The kitchen has all of the accessories needed to cook in, which we did several nights. The porch has great views of the mountains including Chimneytop and Whiteside Mountain off in the distance. The house was very clean and comfortable. We learned quickly not leave the doors or windows open in the cars as we had a momma bear go in to grab a couple of candy bars in one of ours. The bears seem to be all over but mind their own business unless you are careless with food or garbage. We saw a big one walk by when we were eating dinner outside at a restaurant within a couple of hundred yards of the stoplight in Cashiers. For a small daily fee you are allowed to use the recreational amenities of the Sapphire Community. We had a nice afternoon at Fairfield Lake swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding. The property manager was very quick to respond to several questions that we asked him over the week.

Tito’s Mountain House

Tito’s mountain house was excellent for our family vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone including the two young children. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and there was plenty of space for everyone to eat. The house had a beautiful view as well. There is also lots to do around the house. There are restaurants, breweries, hikes, golf, and Cashiers which is a nice town to walk around in. The house was very clean, well decorated, and very well updated.

Great Mountain Escape with Breathtaking Views
