The house is great — even better than in the photos. It's very comfortable, modern, and well equipped. Communication with the host, Boris, was also very good, and he kindly allowed us an early check-in. The house is located at the top of a very steep road (which gives you amazing views from the house and the roof terrace :) ), so parking right next to it can be quite challenging. However, there are plenty of parking spots available on the main road just about 20 meters away, so it's not really an issue. The only potential downside is that there is a street food kiosk located literally in front of the house — less than 10 meters from the entrance. It wasn't noisy during our stay, but of course there is some activity, with cars coming and going and people eating, drinking, talking, and laughing. The good thing is that it currently closes at 22:30, but if the opening hours change, it could become more of an issue. Also, the house doesn't have blackout curtains, so it may be difficult to sleep in, especially during the summer when the sun rises early. Combined with possible late activity from the kiosk, this might mean only a few hours of sleep. That said, for some guests (especially younger couples), having a food truck right next door might actually be a big plus :) Everything is relative — just thought it would be helpful to mention so future guests can decide for themselves.
