Ótimo espaço para ficar

Ficamos hospedados durante 4 dias, no período de Réveillon, em um grupo de 16 pessoas (amigos) e a casa nos acomodou super bem em questão de espaço, camas boas, banheiros novos, cozinha completa com muita variedade de utensílios e bem organizados , 3 refrigeradores que suportou suficientemente muitas bebidas, uma área externa bem ampla com uma piscina de ótima profundidade, área de churrasco e área social que nós deixou bem entrosados e também ótima iluminação noturna! Garagem que comportou bem 5 carros. Únicos pontos de atenção que passei para a Dona Joyce, que por sinal recebeu super bem e esteve em comunicação comigo o tempo todo, foi que em questão de que os quartos ficam bem quentes quando esta calor e que um dos quartos estava mais abafado e cheio "de fechado", que provavelmente seja uma questão de limpeza com mais frequência ou deixar mais arejado, e ela já esta se encarregando de arrumar soluções; Outro ponto é sentimos é que a casa não possui tomadas suficiente e que muitas delas necessitam de adaptador, então nossa dica é levar benjamins ou réguas. A região necessita de carro para se locomover, pois as boas praias e lugares ficam longe para ir a pé (ao meu ver), porem no nosso caso passamos a maior parte do tempo na casa mesmo. Entre tanto para mercado a região é ótima, possui um Atacadão a 3 min, que mesmo estando em alta temporada não estava lotado e funcionando ate tarde. (Sugestão: deixe para comprar coisas por lá para não viajar carregado.) Outro ponto bem positivo é que a parte de Caraguatatuba em fica localizada a casa, para quem vai de São Paulo, consegue cair direto pela rodovias dos Tamoios, tem ter que passar por todas as praias do Litoral Norte e São Sebastião onde normalmente fica congestionado. Pegamos praticamente nada de transito, mesmo sendo Réveillon. Recomendo bastante essa hospedagem, passamos 4 dias maravilhosos nela!

Ótima casa

Casa espaçosa, com boa acomodação, ótima piscina e churrasqueira.. a única questão e que não tem uma praia boa tão próxima, encontramos uma excelente a 20min de carro, quem não se incomodar com isso, recomendo sim, pois a casa é muito boa, passamos o Natal em família e nos divertimos muito!

Ótima residência

É com imensa satisfação que comento que a casa existe, e encontra-se em perfeitas condições para uso. Porém a localização dela deixa a desejar para quem buscar passear em praias próximas a casa, as melhores praias se localizam um pouco mais longe, mas a casa em si não deixa de ser ótima, para quem busca uma boa estádia ela é uma ótima opção, recomendo!
