bed too hard

the bed was too hard to sleep on. i booked the room for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 because i couldn't sleep on both nights. hotel staff rather rude & incompetent.

very nice room

Very nice and bigger room than normal hotel, it is tidy and mordern decoramtion that let my family feel like at home. The most I choose there is its nearly distance from hotel to the beach, it only take 3 minutes walking, then you can close with sea, very relaxed. In additional, it is closely to other hotels. For its convenient transportation, you can take bus No.8 to the city centre, duty-free shop, pedestrian street for shopping and so on.

非常不衛生

酒店在三亞灣,風景很美.酒店外表也很美,像高尚住宅.但房間裡卻很大分別...首先是一進房間發現沒有自來水,空調開不到,跟前堂投訴但她們說工程部要下午才上班.於是我們外出,以為工程部會下午來修理,但到我們晚上回來發現一切都沒有做過,又到前堂投訴才叫晚間的工程部員工上來修理.另外工程部員工到來時很沒禮貌,態度很差. 房間有洗衣機,但沒有電話,對外地遊客沒有本地電話如要找前堂部會很不方便. 房間衛生非常差,我們在房間打死了兩隻蛶螂.床也有細小昆蟲,柜內的被子也很糟,有大陣異味及很多黃色污漬,令我們睡覺也不敢蓋那張被子.

Nice hotel

The hotel consist of about 5 huge buildings. In the middle of them there is a huge pool that was nice and clean. We used the pool every day. Only open 15:30-21:00. Breakfast was chinese; 4 options, not english menu. Only 1 person spoke english in the reception. No one speaks english in the island, not in the restaurants, taxi drivers etc. We took every day taxi from the hotel to Sanya city to eat, cost about 13 RMB, about 1,5-2€. Ocean is about 3 mins walking from the hotel. We also took a trip to Yalong bay with taxi, about 70 RMB. All taxis has air condition so its the most convinient way to travel there, start cost is only 8 RMB which inlcude first 2 km.

Appartement spacieux: 1 chambre à 2 lits pour les enfants, 1 chambre 1 lit pour les parents, grand salon salle à manger, cuisine fermée, buanderie avec machine à laver. Ménage et changement des draps tous les 3 jours. Une description qui pourrait paraître parfaite mais....: Rien pour cuisiner dans la cuisine: ni casseroles, ni assiettes, ni couverts, ni cuisinière qui fonctionne! Il a fallu payer un supplément pour avoir 4 assiettes ébréchées, 1 poêle, 1 casserole, 1 plaque de cuisson...On s'est débrouillés!!!Les chambres: pas de ceintre, pas de table de nuit, pas de lumière de lecture et des lits façon chinoise: durs comme le sol, nous avons dû utiliser les coussins du canapé!!

This hotel shouldn't be booked by anybody who doesn't speak Chinese. There is nobody in this hotel who speaks Englisch.
