The property was very pretty and the listing was accurate. Walk to town, shops, and restaurants. Armando went above and beyond to make it a pleasant trip. I would definitely stay here again and reccomend it. Great walking trails and running trails as well.

Amazing vacation

Our time on Santorini was fantastic ! Communication before arrival and during our stay was great. Armando was absolutely perfect . He was so helpful . We had car pick up reservations to restaurants, and he even made catamaran reservations for us too . The place was lovely . Way beyond what the pictures show …the view was absolutely beautiful every day . It was hard to leave …until next time … you will not be disappointed

Perfect Scenic Villa in Oia

Our time in Oia at this villa was amazing! From the moment we met Armando who assisted with our luggage, and showed us all the amenities of the villa, to the views from the hot tub and two patio areas, we were really glad we chose this spot. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for breakfasts and snacks in the fridge, including cheese and wine! We could easily walk into town to shop and enjoy some delicious meals. The restaurant across from the Market, Anemomilos, on the main road is close by, and very good! Having Armando available to help with taxis and things to do was very helpful as well. The sunset wine tour we went on was wonderful. There are about 30 steps to maneuver to the unit but its the same wherever you go. We will definitely return to this villa, and highly recommend it! You will enjoy everything about it!

Our stay in Oia Santorini

When we checked in we were surprised to find the place stocked with food and water, a very nice touch. This VRBO was in a great location to the town of Oia, we were able to walk to town and explore before the buses of tourist arrived. It had beautiful views of the sunset but the place could use some updating. The picture of the jacuzzi is inaccurate, it was not clear blue, it was dark and dirty looking. The main bedroom was not ensuite. There are no pictures of the second bedroom, it's because it is small with the bed push up against the wall. This bedroom is ensuite. There was no comfortable seating inside, no table to eat breakfast. Table were out on the deck but, as we found out, in Santorini there is heavy dew at night so everything is too wet to sit on in the morning. Depending on your age and fitness, the stairs to this VRBO could be a challenge.

Great location over caldera

Ideal location with that amazing caldera view. Maybe 25-30 steps down to the Villa from the Main Street. Location is maybe 2/10 mile from pedestrian walkway in Oia. Mattress and pillow nice firm but soft, pillows good. Two great bathrooms with overhead rain shower. Hot water very good, strong pressure. Armando, the man who is your go to contact for everything. He works super hard making sure you have every you need. He’s fantastic! Kitchen was stocked with yogurt, milk, Fruit juice, nutella packs, jam, butter, lots of water bottles, and packs of cold cuts. Selection of fresh fruit was set out and replaced as requested. Villa also had pack of croissant, white bread, plain cookies, and crackers, selection of teas and coffee. One thing I would have preferred were better quality baked goods. Freshly made croissants, rolls, cookies might have been a nice touch along with the bottle of wine. All in all a lovely villa with excellent service staff. I would stay here again.

We loved this home. It was in a great location near the shopping district of Oia. It was clean and well stocked for our stay. All our needs and wishes were taken care of quickly. The staff helped with reservations for restaurants and tours. Highly recommend!

The team that answered our questions and there were many, went way way beyond. They were basically travel agents and helpers. Our flight was delayed 11 hours due to high winds and we got to OIA at almost midnight. They STILL drove out to meet us and we kept in constant contact from the Athens airport . She even helped us with the car rental people who definitely would be long gone and asleep. It could have been a disaster (not on their part) missing an entire day in Santorini, but once they let us go at 10:30pm this group kept answering and helping. And there was food stocked and ready to go! The place itself, view, no words, beyond description. Friends thought our pictures were fake. And since it was March we pretty much had absolute privacy and no neighbors. Just some workers here and there on other units. If we go back we are staying in exactly this spot. Fingers crossed.

Perfect place for a relaxing Oia stay

Views, service and accommodations were all 5-star. Highly recommend for a beautiful view (with phenomenal sunset view!) and superb customer service experience. The team will take care of your every on-property or transportation need. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need m, including plenty of snacks and beverages. The unit is on the edge of Oia, which we preferred vs the business of the city center. Wonderful little market at the top of the hill as well for anything you need. Highly recommend!!

Amazing unit! Highly recommend

Everything about this property was spectacular. The views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the host was extremely helpful. The location couldn't have been better - a very easy walk into Oia, but just slightly removed from the noise and crowds of the center of town, and with spectacular Caldera views. There's a small but well stocked market just steps away that is open late, and many great shops and restaurants within an easy walk. The only thing I would say is that it is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there's lots of stairs to get to it (but this will be true of pretty much any property in Oia). We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and sitting on the terrace enjoying the views. The air conditioning units and being built into the hillside kept the unit itself nice and cool and comfortable, despite very hot weather. Last, but certainly not least - the hospitality of the hosting team (especially Armando) was spectacular. The fridge was extremely well stocked with food and beverages, and they were constantly on call to help with every need, including making hard-to-get reservations for us at local restaurants, recommending sights to see, and even hand carrying our luggage in and out on arrival and departure. When we arrived back late one night to find the power out, Armando even showed up on short notice at 11pm to fix it. I know the cost of this unit is expensive (it was definitely a splurge for us) but it worth every penny!

Tucked away secret space

Our host provided premier service—very responsive and kind. The location is fantastic, with a welcome/thoughtful stock of treats and assistance checking in and throughout our stay. The arranged transport to the ferry and airport was handled without any stress. The two bedrooms and two separate full bathrooms were perfect, and I highly recommend choosing this comfortable, well-appointed property which will not disappoint.

Santorini with a view!

What a great place to stay and see the Aegean Sea and what Santorini has to offer. Our Vrbo was the cutiest, cleanest and we were met with two very kind and friendly couple who showed us around the unit. The owner left fresh fruit for us to enjoy! The sunset cruise was tops also! The couple helped us get luggage to the unit, gray help!! Five star views, food,people! A must come and enjoy!! We certainly did!!

Spectacular

The place is spectacular and Alexandros AND his team, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Margarita gave fantastic recommendations and Armando made sure we had reservations at all the restaurants, transportation anywhere we needed to go and was extremely helpful in every way. Communication was top notch. The apartment itself is like a dream and definitely exceeded expectations. Every detail has been attended to, from a stocked fridge (above and beyond) to a delicious bottle of champagne upon our arrival. Alexandros is the consummate host and it was wonderful to meet him at the end of our stay. The location is perfection on the cliff side and the apartment stays cool and perfect even in the summer heat whether you use the a/c or not. Three days in Oia

Fabulous place! Location was close to everything - a few minutes walk to the centre of Oia, yet extremely private and so quiet. Stunning 180 views. Cute cave like Villa, perfect for 2 couples. Host, Alexandros, was very hospitable and helpful - chilled champagne waiting for us on arrival. Perfect first evening in the hot tub! Managers, Armando and Margarita, were beyond welcoming! Santorini heaven

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental. It is perfectly located in a quiet area steps from all the action in Oia. The hot tub and patio were our favorite. We used them every day. I think it is the prettiest vacation spot we’ve ever seen! Margarita and her team went above and beyond. Anything we needed they took care of immediately. They had cold champagne and essentials stocked in the kitchen when we arrived. They helped with our luggage, arranged dinner reservations and cabs. 5 STAR service. Thank you-we will spread the word about this amazing rental. It was a dream vacation.

Private and beautiful

The location is private. It's far enough away from Oia to not have tourists walking by constantly but close enough to Oia to walk to all restaurants. The host was EXTREMELY helpful. She was able to make reservations when we were told no from the restaurant. She scheduled all necessary transports for us. I would definitely stay here again.

April honeymoon !

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Everything was so dreamy and remote feeling. Perfect spot to get away from people but close enough to everything. Hot tub, and the view are on point for this stay. Margarita and Armando were so accommodating, felt like we were really taken care of!

Truly a perfect place to be

This place is delightful. The interior is a bit small for four adults but life in Santorini is spent outside, so any inconvenience is modest. Clean, peaceful, exotic and yet welcoming. Compared to almost every option for lodging we saw in Oia, this one is unique. And, what is incredible is the service provided by the management team. We wanted for nothing. It was a true vacation. We would definitely choose this place again.

Perfection in Oia

Perfect view, location and hosts. One of the nicer accommodations we have ever stayed in. The photos and description do not do justice to the caldera view, apartment and the location. The apartment is within an easy, scenic 10-15 min walk from the middle of Oia and bus stop, yet totally removed from the crowds. This is a huge benefit in Santorini, more than we even realized until we got there. Nobody will be hovering around your terrace, front door and private space trying to snap their perfect photo or selfie, as seems to be common and suffocating elsewhere in Oia. We felt that we had complete privacy the entire time without feeling isolated, with the advantage of taking in the natural beauty without any crowds, and we left with a better overall impression of Santorini than others because of where we stayed. There is a small market only a 1-2 min walk away, which was convenient for snacks and drinks for an afternoon or evening spent enjoying the hot tub and terrace. There were also several nice restaurants nearby, although we did usually wander into town more. Another secret about this “secret”: In October, the sunset is visible from the terrace. We avoided the crush of people in Oia and privately watched the sunset most evenings…and then after sunset, we were able to walk into popular restaurants without reservations (it seems that most people make reservations for sunset). That said, the hosts were helpful with sharing restaurant recommendations, and would have helped us with reservations had we wanted. Communication with Alexandros, Armando and Margarita was great, and they were so helpful during our stay. They frequently asked us if we needed anything, but also totally respected our total privacy. They also helped arrange a driver to and from the airport. There were lots of snacks, drinks and breakfast items provided, which we enjoyed every day and saved us a lot of time as we fully explored the island. (Hike between Fira and Oia! The 8 mile path ends near the apartment, so it was a great reward to come back to the hot tub and terrace!) The apartment was spotless, the two terraces were lovely and comfortable, and the hot tub was warm and clean and had the views of the caldera you dream of. We hope to return. Thank you!
