Great room. Great service

Demitris was lovely. He carried my suitcase up the cobbled steps for me. The room was clean and the air con worked perfectly. I was in room 6 which was like a cave. There was a jacuzzi in the room, I didn’t use it as the water was on the cooler side for me - which would suit those who run hot and want to cool off out of the sun. I had Greek scrambled eggs for breakfast which was delicious. A great restaurant mexitaxi is not far - 5 mins walk max (it is uphill). Beautiful views and you can see the planes going in and out of the airport. The WiFi in my room didn’t work, but I didn’t need it as had data. Demistris was happy to try and fix it but I was only there one night so didn’t bother.

Loved this quiet, clean, beautiful spot! After exploring the busier parts of the island, I loved coming back to the Nano Suites. Beautiful grounds, beautiful rooms, wonderful employees that made our stay even better with great advice and help with all transportation needs. Breakfast was delicious!

I loved nano suites and the staff! They were all so friendly and helpful. I don’t know what I would have done without the help of Dimitry(manager). He helped me with getting taxis. Eri (helped with checkout and suggestions for transportation. Lina( made me breakfast every morning! It was delicious:) Ali helped me with my super late night check in and luggages. I loved how quiet and clean this place was. My room was perfect! The only thing is, I think I should have rented a car! Taking the bus was fun but the walk from my room to the main road was quite the hike! Lol. Over all, I would love to come back to Greece soon. What a beautiful place:)

The property was absolutely gorgeous and our room was amazing! We booked the suite with a plunge pool. The room was clean and beautifully presented. The only slight disappointment was that the plunge pool was quite cold, but the weather was very cold while we were there. We opted for breakfast on our 2nd day and it was very tasty. There was a main as well as pastries and fresh fruit, making it excellent value for money. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

This property was very quaint and unique. I have never stayed anywhere like this before. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was kind of out of the way and difficult to get to but I’m thinking this may be true wherever you stay in Santorini.

The view was great as was the breakfast. Cave room was interesting. However the pool in our room was too cold to use which was hugely disappointing. The shower water temperature was also chilly. Glad we had a car. Place is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as you cannot drive right to the hotel. Closest parking is a minute walk away but very steep.

I loved how the staff helped us with our luggage and gave us local tips to enjoy our trip. Anastasia was helpful when ordering our breakfast the night before. It was super clean and quiet place to unwind!

Reserved room wa unavailable. We used the Nano because of it proximity to a family reunion. A hotel change was unacceptable. Receptionist was rude, abusive and insulting. She should find employment outside of the service industry. The maintenance guy, Ali, however was a prince and almost had us ready to agree to the change until The reception person , Anastasia showed up and totally blew up the situation. Very limited interpersonal skills if any.

The Greek people in general have perfected the art of hospitality. Nano suites, however, took it to an entirely different level. Anastasia, the manager/hostess extraordinaire, was so accommodating and helpful. She arranged everything for us. From rides to and from the ferry, to a rental car, to a catamaran cruise. It felt like no request was out of bounds. She was pereptually pleasant and enthusiastic. Ali, bless him, carried our rather cumbersome bags up and down Santorini's seemingly unending stairs as if he were exerting the effort it takes to open a bottle of wine. The grounds were immaculate, the room perfect, the pool and its view unparalleled. Oh and the breakfast service and its host were also amazing.

The Nano Suites was a beautiful experience. We were only sad that we stayed one night. The property is beautiful but not easily accessible with suitcases as it’s away from the main road. The staff were lovely to deal with when they are around. The sign said they were available until 5 pm but the office was locked and no one there at 4 pm. They were easily contactable through What’s app though. It was definitely and short and sweet stay. The Resturant recommended for us to go to was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our last dinner in Greece.
