We enjoyed our stay here. It was a nice location easy to walk to many stores, restaurants and even the cable car. The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was also very good. Our room was pretty clean but the view was what really stood out. We were honestly shocked with how great of a view we got. The hot tub was a nice feature and gave us nice views. Our room was right at the entrance so our neighbors had to walk right past us to get to their room so there wasn’t much privacy but it was still nice. Overall it was a nice stay

Room is okay if you’re staying one night. If your stay is more than a day then this is not the place. Room and common area speaks nothing of luxury. Shower area is old and appears to need renovation. Everything else looked dated. Floor grout needs freshening up. Lock on room door was loose. Outside area smells of donkey poop. Certainly not for ladies who like to dress up for the night. You will find donkey poop right outside the hotel.

There was only one poor working air conditioning unit in the main room and not in the other room, it was very stuffy and hot in the room. In pictures it shows a swimming pool only big enough for 2 people but we did not have one. We were told not to dry wet clothes on chairs and that they would provide an airer but did not. Cleaning staff did not clean room properly as there were ants. There was only a limited breakfast option of only eggs or fruit. Although staff were very friendly

Wow! What a gorgeous little place. The staff are amazing. We got help with our bags from the second we stepped out of the taxi (at McDonald’s). Really friendly and helpful staff. The manager is excellent and is on hand morning to night. THE VIEW! Wow!!!!!

There were 8 of us total; 4 couples and we had the best time. Panos, the manager was fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast every morning looking out at the sea. It was a delight to stay there. There are a lot of steps down to your rooms so if steps are an issue this is not the place for you, but neither is Santorini to be honest. Would stay here again and again! Location was perfect for our group- in the middle of everything.

We stayed for four nights and have nothing but positive things to stay. The view is the main attraction, but the staff was friendly and the rooms were in good condition and cleaned daily. They roped off the entrance so that non hotel guests couldn’t come down the stairs, so we had no issues with privacy. Upon arrival, they sent someone down to assist with our bags which was beyond appreciated since you have to walk up steps. Note that this is located off the cliff, so the stairs are steep very doable and again…. the view!!! We did have a small issue with our toilet running one night, but the property manager came down within minutes to remedy it. He was attentive and helpful our entire stay, and even remembered my name! We would recommend staying here and return ourselves if we ever get the chance!

Beautiful view in a great location and soaking tubs cool. Very friendly owners/staff Fyi there are a lot of stairs involved and a little rustic by US standards but would stay again.

I can't say enough. Panagiotis made our stay amazing! From having our breakfast orders, to hiring a car for us to pick up at the airport. He met us at the car and even carried our luggage and lead us to the hotel by foot!! All the staff...from the chef at the restaurant, to the gentleman cleaning our pools, to the maids cleaning our rooms were all delightful!! Santorini is a lovely island that was hit hard with recent earthquakes. Please see the beauty that surrounds you and enjoy your vacation! The way you treat people will come back to you 10 fold!! Very friendly hotel with a great price on the Caldera.
