Great Hospitality in Oia

Nikoleta was a gracious host and tried hard to make sure all was right with our stay. We liked the refrigerator stocked with bread, ham and cheese, as well as the commentary coffee and tea. Our patio had a jacuzzi and good view of the town. A/C was effective. We would stay here again.

Ms. Nikoleta ad her staff were really hospitable and really helpful everytime we have a question for them. the place was really nice as it is convenient and walkable to all the the tourist spots in Oia. it is also close to restaurants, convenient stores, and free parking spots/area. the room was always clean every time we get back from exploring the area. we would definitely comeback and stay here if we visit Santorini again.

We had an awesome stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Aspa Villas. From the day I booked a room to the time we left, every questions I have, have been answered pretty quickly by Nikoleta. I booked the superior room with terrace, and it didn’t disappointed. From our terrace, we have a nice view of Oia and the caldera. And going to where the actions are, it’s an easy walk, The room gets cleaned and towels get changed everyday. They provided some food, coffee and a bottle of wine, which is greatly appreciated. Especially the wine, we enjoyed it a lot while enjoying our time in the terrace. Also, Nikoleta helped us sort out our volcano tour pick up. At checkout, we have another surprise from Nikoleta and her husband, giving us a nice souvenir that will definitely add as reminder of our lovely time in Santorini. Thanks Nikoleta! I appreciate your hospitality and generosity. And it’s the little surprises you gave us that made our stay in your villa, extra special. I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends who are thinking of traveling to Santorini.

Fantastic

I loved my stay. The bed was very comfortable and every amenity I could need was there - including some complementary food and drinks. The views are stunning and there’s a shared hot tub overlooking the water. The hotel was also very accommodating to my travel schedule. I also loved the location - just a quick walk into town with a couple of markets and bus stop right there. I could go on and on — thanks for a wonderful stay, I hope to be back.

Wonderful service and location!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and can not recommend it more. We had a full rooftop to our self with a private jacuzzi and the best views of the sunset. When we arrived, our fridge was fully stocked and we had a card and bottle of wine waiting for us to congratulate us. Nikoleta continuously checked in to make sure our stay was great. This hotel sits in the best part of Oia because you still have the most amazing views but it’s quiet and you’re away from the crowds. It is a 5 minute walk to the heart and center of Oia. An added bonus is this hotel also helps set up transfers to the airport and to the port which makes your trip even simpler. Photo attached was our view for our very massive rooftop

Aspa Villas was a great experience from the beginning. From the greetings by Nicoletta and her husband, to the great views we had, the whole time they were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious with two decks in the one bedroom with hot tub outside, which was one of the highlights in Santorini as it has a partial caldera view. It was similar to staying in a relatives home that has such care to ensure your stay is memorable and we couldn’t thank them enough! Thanks for having us.

Such a beautiful little place, the rooms are small but very nice and it’s very quiet in the suites. Just around the corner we had access to their caves sitting area which had amazing views of the sunset. Nikoleta was really friendly and a joy to chat with. We stayed in villa #6 and it was AMAZING. Very convinient location just outside the walking street which makes it very quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the scenic town center after a 5 minute walk. Everyone of the staff was helpful and accommodating with information and fun little chats. Even if the furnishing of the room is a bit dated, it is fully functional and equipped with everything for your stay. On the second floor you have a huge terrace facing several directions - including the most beautiful view of the sunset over the entire town of Oia. Not to mention the jacuzzi which is also up there. Being quite higher than the other buildings also gives you privacy while on the terrace. There is also the most wonderful surprise when you enter, which makes everything better *hint hint* check the fridge *hint hint* Highly recommended. Will stay here for sure if i will return to stay in Oia!

What a fantastic property and staff! The location is ideal for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying all the benefits of Oia. Easy access to supermarket (a few steps across the street), vehicle rentals, local transportation, and stunning sunsets. The staff is amazingly helpful and responsive, the accommodations are to die-for (private jacuzzi, pool, etc.), and Nicoletta is so reachable and accommodating. The welcome bottle of wine, full refrigerator of food, and convenient beautiful spots to relax and unwind all make for a very lovely stay. You won't regret booking here. Close enough to everything, but still apart from all the noise and bustle.

The owners were amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Nikoleta and her husband do a great job. We had an issue with the AC and they quickly addressed the problem and fixed it. Very informative when we arrived. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and a rental location as well. Also, a small market right by there as well. Nice private hot tub and pool. Great view ans huge balcony area.

My studio was in the right place to see the sunset , volcano. Caldera , some blue domes! Everything like restaurants and shopping area is within walking distance like 5-15 mins. I enjoy the outdoor pool and jacuzzi., I would definitely stay here again because of the staff kindness and convenience to everything! Nikoleta was always ready to answer any questions I had.
