For airport convenience, it’s good. Otherwise, pay a cab or Uber to go elsewhere. No potable water in room. Had to be bought at $3 dollars a small bottle or dehydrate. No food options except theirs, and it’s not cheap. I spent $50+ extra for a free shuttle to the airport.

With a very late night arrival, the staff struggled to check-in guests while attending to the telephone and sorting out problems. One result was an extremely long wait at 2:00am for exhausted travelers wishing to check in and get some sleep.

There are two Diego de Almagro hotels next to each other. This one is not on Google Maps, and the airport shared transfer did not know it. Basically, you book tranfer to the other one, and then walk from there. The reception does not speak English and does not answer Hotels.com messages. I called them about airport transfer and could not get any answer. I suggest that you book a shared transfer from the terminals for 10 USD. The transfer back to the terminals is free, goes every hour. The room was basic, but OK for a night to catch a morning flight. The bathroom was in good condition. The breakfast was available from 4AM and was quite good.

El termostato no funcionaba. Dormimos con temperatura de 26 Celsius. Conserjería: solo una persona trabaja en la noche y NO HAY NINGÚN EMPLEADO de mantencion que pueda solucionar algún problema en un hotel de más de 100 habitaciones. Insólito! Exprimiendo el limón hasta que duela a los cliente.
