Ideal for a small group of friends and families.Apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one complete with shower plus toilet located in the Port of Los Gigantes, just 30 meters from the beach. Inside the Poblado Marinero complex, a classic Canarian style residence.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (they also have space to store clothes). It has an open space area with a full kitchen dining area for four people and a living room with TV and sofa. enjoy great moments.

The apartment is complete with everything you need for cooking: fridge, hob, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and crockery. There is also a hairdryer and a washing machine. Also supplied with bed linen and towels.

The complex is located on the second floor and has a lift. There is no parking. You can park on the street for free or in the private car park at the port (which requires a fee)
