Our Villa "Punta des Port" is a spacious and bright chalet with exceptional amenities, located in a residential area of Porto Petro, near the sea. The house accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, available 24 hours a day for the comfort of our guests, along with central heating throughout the home.



Wi-Fi and a small desk make the villa ideal for remote work.



Located 50 meters from the house, you’ll find direct access to the sea, and a beach is situated just 600 meters away.



The House and Outdoor Areas:



Upon entering through the main door, you’ll step into a spacious hall. To the right, you’ll see a large living-dining area, directly connected to a large table on the terrace. The dining area opens to a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. Also on the ground floor are two of the four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet.



Upstairs, on the first floor, are two more bedrooms, another bathroom, and a large dressing room. From here, you can access a spacious terrace with sea views.



The installed Wi-Fi and a small desk in one of the rooms make the house ideal for working from home.



Located on a plot that is private from the street, this house offers several partially covered terraces with plenty of outdoor seating. The lawn and pool invite you to sunbathe and cool off on summer days. Additionally, it is equipped with a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. There is also a porch with a ping-pong table and space to store bicycles.



The villa is just steps away from sea access and about 600 meters from a sandy beach.



Guest Access:



The key is stored in a key safe with a code. The code will be provided well in advance of your arrival.
