Cala D'Or Villa LUMI-Oleanda

We enjoyed a week's holiday at the Villa LUMI-Oleanda at the end of August. We were a group of 6 adults. The villa is in an ideal location for the marina, literally a 5 minute walk, and close to the bus stop for the tourist train that you can catch to other locations on Cala D'Or. There are many good restaurants and bars around the marina, and the centre of Cala D'Or with more restaurants and bars is a 10 minute walk from the marina. The villa was very clean and of a good size for our group. We did not need the bedroom below ground level and found all our bedrooms to be very comfortable. The pool and outside area was lovely. Overall, we would definitely recommend this villa if you want a holiday at the marina end of Cala D'Or. Christian was in contact frequently before we travelled and whilst we were there.

Cala dor get away

A lovely located villa within close proximity to all amenities. Villa was a good size and layout. The villa in general was lovely but felt value for money it required some tlc. The bathrooms especially. One bedroom (below ground level) had a separate door to the building and it smelt of damp and very little light. So was unable to use. Hosts very good at responding all the time.

We had a great stay at this villa. It was clean and well positioned to access all of the restaurants, shops and marina. The pool was lovely and heated so even on a cool evening could be enjoyed. The rooms were comfortable and every you need or a comfortable stay has been provided. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt auf Malle

Das Haus bietet rundum alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca benötigt. Ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse und doch zentral (2 Minuten fußläufig zum Yachthafen von Cala D'or), hat man von einem Schlafzimmerfenster sogar einen Blick über die Dächer bis zum Yachthafen. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und ist ebenso wie der Rest des Gartens und des Hauses sehr gepflegt. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Wir empfanden es als sehr angenehm, dass jedes Doppelzimmer sein eigenes Bad hat und die offene, moderne (sehr gut ausgestattete) Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, so dass man auch nicht jeden Abend Essen gehen muss, obwohl in direkter Nähe zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sind. Sollte man mit meheren Personen im Haus sein, kann man sich aufgrund der Gartenterrasse und der Dachterasse sowie genügend TV Geräten im Haus verteilt, auch gut genug aus dem Weg gehen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war exzellent, sehr entgegenkommend und super freundlich – vor allem als während unseres Aufenhaltes wegen des Corona Virus auf der gesamten Insel der Lockdown erfolgte – vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für die Unterstützung und schnelle Kommunikation! Wir können dieses Haus zweifelsfrei weiterempfehlen und freuen uns wiederzukommen!
