Schöne Penthouse-Wohnung direkt am Hafen von Portopetro. Wunderbare Aussicht von der großen Terrasse auf den Hafen-dort gibt es immer was zu sehen. Parkmöglichkeit für PKW durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung mitunter schwierig. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin Maria. An einem Tag war eine Dusche defekt-nach kurzer WhatsApp an Maria war am nächsten Tag der Klempner vor Ort und alles wieder OK. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir haben die neun Tage im Appartement sehr genossen!!!
Das Highlight ist natürlich die große Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, besonders in der Küche. Als wir ankamen, lief der Kühlschrank bereits und es gab schon Eiswürfel.
Zusätzlich waren Strandtücher und mehrere Sonnenschirme vorhanden.
Die Übergabe der Wohnung war ganz unkompliziert: die Schlüssel lagen in einer Box, zu der wir vorher den Code bekommen hatten. Nach unserer Ankunft kam unsere Vermieterin und hat uns alles erklärt. Sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Kontakt lief ganz einfach über WhatsApp.
Da die Wohnung bei unserer Abreise nicht sofort wieder vermietet war, konnten wir so lange bleiben, bis wir zum Flughafen fuhren, was uns einen ganz entspannten letzten Tag ermöglichte. Die Schlüssel haben wir dann einfach wieder in die Box geschlossen.
Der Ort selbst in ein kleiner, gemütlicher mit schönen Restaurants und zwei Supermärkten, in denen man alles bekommt.
Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Einfach tolles Appartement
Auch in diesem Jahr waren wir einfach rundum zufrieden. Alles da, was man braucht. Der SPAR ist 100 m entfernt, wo man alles Wichtige bekommt, für eine große Fleisch- und Fischauswahl geht man am besten nach Cala D’Or in den Supermarkt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist super nett, unkompliziert über WhatsApp und reibungslos. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen ist wunderschön. Fliegengitter an den Schlafzimmernfenstern wären toll.

Zentral und bestens ausgestattet
Wir waren von der Lage und der Ausstattung der Wohnung wirklich begeistert. 2 Minuten zum Spar um frisches Baguette zu holen, eine elektrische Zitronen-/Orangenpresse für die tägliche selbstgemachte Limonade, italienisches Espresso-Kännchen für den Kaffeegenuss zwischendurch, wenn man nicht gleich die Kaffeemaschine dreckig machen will, genügend Töpfe und Pfannen und gute Schneidemesser, um für die ganze Familie ein Topp-Essen mit Nudeln, Gemüse, Muscheln und frischem Fisch zuzubereiten. Für die Abwechslung gab’s bestens Hafen-Kino, bei dem Kajaks, Motorboote, Segeljachten und prachtvolle Katamarane beobachtet werden konnten. Unsere Joggingrunde führte immer an einer der super schönen Buchten s’Amarador, Mondrago, Borgit vorbei, für die kleine Abkühlung am Morgen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Einzig die Betten sollten erneuert werden, was uns die Vermieterin als nächste bereits geplante Renovierungsmaßnahme zugesagt hat. Gerne wieder!
