Antigua typical Mallorcan country house renovated and adapted for a relaxed and comfortable stay in the countryside with fabulous views to the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea , for peace we breathe , for simplicity and friendly service of the owners for cleaning and comfort of their offices and for its privileged location , enjoy a well used and unforgettable holiday for you and the whole family .

The house has two floors: the ground floor are the kitchen, living room with fireplace , utility room , master bedroom and a bathroom with bath shower and bidet, the gallery is accessed from the backyard. The staircase leads to first floor, 60 m2 living room with three large windows , In the middle a balcony where on clear days you can see the small Cabrera Island, closer to the village of Santanyi. Satellite TV 43'' , a seating area , desk two bedrooms and a terrace with fabulous countryside views. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with sink, shower , and bidet complete their dependencies. All very bright.

Einfach nur wunderbar

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen finca! Alles war ausgezeichnet! Sauberkeit, Lage, Größe, Ausstattung. Einfach alles top! Die Außenanlage mit Pool ist wunderschön! Der Vermieter hat sich rührend gekümmert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir waren eine Woche in der Finca von Lorenzo, unserem sehr, sehr netten Vermieter. Die Finca ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Wenn man Fragen hat, beantwortet Lorenzo sie sofort. Finca und Pool sind sehr sauber. Wir würden die Finca wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank, lieber Lorenzo

Perfect house

We stayed 1 week at Lorenzo's house and it was perfect. The house is like new, fully equiped, et very clean ! The pool is huge and the terasse is lovely. The area is quiet and close to the most beautiful beaches as Cala Lombards or Cala des Moro and the cute village of Santany We highly recommend the place. The communication with Lorenzo was very easy, and the fruits basket was very appreciated. I will come back for sure. All the best

Jederzeit wieder!!

Insgesamt eine tolle Finca. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal dort. Das Einzige wünschenswerte wäre eine regelmäßige Müllentsorgung. Das kennen wir von anderen Häusern. Sonst aber alles super und Lorenzo ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Erholung pur

Wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub. Hier findet man Ruhe und kann sich dem Trubel der Insel entziehen. Die Finca hat alles, was man braucht. Lorenzo ist immer erreichbar und hilft umgehend. Nach einer Woche wird das Haus gereinigt und es gibt frische Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Finca definitiv weiter empfehlen. André und Familie

Ein Urlaubsziel das fasziniert.

Die Finca und ihre Lage sind beeindruckend. wir haben uns als Familie, mit Kindern und Enkelkindern, sehr wohl gefüllt. Lorenzo, der Besitzer und Verwalter, war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Da wir die ersten Tage, Temperaturen um 40 Grad hatten und die Luft sich abends nicht abkühlte, vermissten wir die Klimaanlage. Die Finca könnte, durch hochwertigere Betten und Pool-Liegen profitieren. Wir bewerten die Lage der Finca mit sehr gut und die Ausstattung mit gut

Wunderschön!!! Sechs Sterne!!!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften und erholsamen Urlaub auf dieser Finca. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Ausblick, die Umgebung, der große Pool, die Ruhe... alles perfekt. Der Vermieter...Llorenzo... ist jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr freundlich.

Wunderschöne Finca die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Die Lage ist einmalig. Hühner, Ziegen und Schafe in der Nachbarschaft ansonsten RUHE und ERHOLUNG pur! Das Haus ist super gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren zu 4 verteilt auf 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Das dritte Bad im Aussenbereich ist ohne Warmwasser. nach 5 Tagen wurde gereinigt, die Betten neu bezogen und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Küche ist super ausgestattet (sogar ein Sparschäler ist vorhanden ;-) mein grüner mitgebrachter steht nun zusätzlich zur Verfügung :) Den Aussengrill haben wir oft genutzt. Frühstück unter überdachter Sitzgruppe ist ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Lorenzo war sehr unkompliziert und jederzeit ansprechbar. Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Santanyi erreicht man nach 5km auch gut mit dem Fahrrad. Auto ist wegen der Einkäufe schon von Vorteil. Wir empfehlen Lorenzo und seine Finca uneingeschränkt weiter.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette finca

Séjour Aout 2016 avec famille de quatre enfants. (11ans, 9ans, 7 ans et 4 ans) Maison idéalement située à proximité de Santanyi. La maison est magnifique et la piscine également avec une vue surplombant la ville de Santanyi. La Maison était conforme au descriptif et à nos attentes. Notre hôte Lorenzo était très sympathique. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.
