Located in a quiet residential area in the urbanization of Cala Ferrera (Cala d'Or) near the sea, on the south-east coast of Mallorca, ideal for families or couples, just 200 meters from the beach of Cala Ferrera and 400 meters from Cala Esmeralda Beach, among other beaches that are in the area. Just 100 meters away is a Supermarket, a pharmacy and two recreational centers for children. Cala d'Or most important tourist destination of the Island of Mallorca, is 1km away where you can find all kinds of activities shops, bars, discos etc., it has a Porto-Cari marina, considered one of the most important of the islands Balearics. A few kilometers away you can enjoy the Vall d'Or Golf Course, with 18 holes and magnificent sea views. Penthouse completely renovated in a villa with garden, Mediterranean construction of 1 floor of 126 m2. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, separate kitchen, large living room, laundry, 2 terraces and BBQ.

Fantastic family apartment

We really enjoyed this stay as the apartment is well equipped and really clean. The beach is only a five minutes walk and shops are also very close. I recommend the apartment and would come again with my family at any time.

Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss eines alleinstehenden Wohnhaus. Die Vermieter wohnen unten. Wir hatten vorab einen netten Austausch für Fragen. Wir konnten schon vor 10 Uhr in die Wohnung, wo uns Jolanda sehr nett begrüßt hat. Sie spricht etwas englisch. Es war alles sehr sauber und funktional einrichtet. Die Küche ist etwas klein mit wenig Arbeitsfläche und Steckdosen, so dass beispielsweise wir nicht parallel Kaffee kochen und den Toaster nutzen konnten. Da wir oft auswärts essen waren, war es okay. Es gab einen kleinen Parkplatz nebenan, den wir nutzen dürften. In der Nähe sind fussläufig mehrere kleine Supermärkte zu erreichen. Um in den Ort mit den Restaurants und Bars zu kommen ist man in 5 - 10 Minuten. Auch die tollen Buchten von Cala Ferrada und Cala Esmeralda sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist aber auch ein Ausflug zum Cala Sanau oder dem Cala S’Amerado, die man nach einer ca 15 min Autofahrt erreicht. Und auch den schönen Hafen von Portocolom und den Markt von Santanyí sollte man besuchen. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Eingangstür, die Rafael schnell repariert hat. Wir können die Wohnung für einen Urlaub in Cala d‘dor weiterempfehlen.

Schön und Zentral gelegen, Ausstattung ausreichend.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und die Ortschaft schnell zu erreichen. Trotzdem nicht im Getümmel. Die Ausstattung ist nicht mehr ganz neu, trotzdem ist alles da. Der schöne große Pool ist gleich gegenüber bei einer Hotelanlage und hat auch einen Bademeister und eine kleine Bar.

Propriété à recommander proche des commodités et des criques .Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux avec une bouteille de jus de fruit au frais et des petits gâteaux.
