La preciosa casa está construida en el año 1950 de piedra natural de Santanyí. Esta situada en un sitio muy tranquilo con vista panorámica en la bahía de Cala Figuera. Está fresco durante todo el verano y es una gran oportunidad para descansar y relajar con familia y amigos. Se alquila planta baja de la casa con 2 dormitorios dobles, salón, comedor, cocina y terraza grande sobre el mar con preciosa vista. La casa esta cerca de Parque Natural de Mondragó donde hay una gran diversidad paisajística: los bosques de acebuche y pinar, los campos de cultivo de secano, las sabinas litorales, el estanque dulce de s'Amarador, la costa recortada con zonas rocosas y playas de arena. Las playas de las más hermosas de la isla con arena fina y dorada, aguas tranquilas (Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó, Playa de s'Amarador) están cerca a 5-10 minutos con coche o poco más con bicicletas. Para comer y cenar, cerca de la casa, hay muy buenos restaurantes sobre el mar con maravillosa vista y buena comida española. A un paso está el puerto de la Cala Figuera, donde cada día entre 16:00 – 17:00h. los barcos de pesca vuelven y hacen mercadillo. Todos los miércoles y sábados del año se instala en el centro de Santanyí un bonito mercado que cuenta con puestecitos de lo más variado: joyería, embutidos típicos, jamones, quesos y aceitunas, verduras frescas, fruta, ropa, música y dulces artesanales.. todo en el mercado de Santanyí, un menudo pueblo al sur de Mallorca. Ven, mira, pasea…
