Pretty noisy and no AC in the rooms. According to reception, it is turned on in July so beware. The water is really salty so you have to purchase bottle outside for a hefty price.

We have returned to this property and found that they have carried out upgrades since our last visit 2 years ago. Now have better sunbeds and the adult pool has better signage and was only over 18. Yes it a French speaking hotel but they do speak English and there are more English staying here than previous visit. Joined in with some of the activities and my limited French got me through with them speaking better English. Will be returning to this hotel again.

Lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel in a nice spot. Food is okay,you can always find something you like. Pizza is tasty. Don’t accept a room that overlooks the street as it’s noisy from the only bar that opens really late in that area. They moved us no problem after the first night. Only downside I asked to borrow an iron and was told they had none. Everything else was Just fine.

Was only booked in for 2 nights but we had an awesome time. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The entertainment was great fun. The rooms are perhaps a little tired and dark bur ovsrall we loved it.

Great Hotel, good value for the money

Lovely staff, always ready to help if any problem or issue. Great, tasty food. Spacious rooms with every day cleaning. There is 3 pools with plenty of sunbeds. Hotel is located very close to the beach. For those who like the animators and lots of entertainment this hotel is for you. During the day there is always a lot to do (tennis, volleyball,table tennis, archery, fit club, aqua aerobic and evening program and dancing every day. Be ready to hear more french than Spanish :-) Hotel is french orientated but even if you don't speak french, animator crews will try to involved you. They are very friendly and funny. Only one little minus is very slow wi-fi even the " premium" one as there was no difference from basic wi-fi as hotel offers.

En fin, men gjennomsnittlig ferien

Ferien har alt i alt vært fin, hotellet er et typisk 3 stjernes hotell, med helt ok mat. Buffeten var midt på treet, men mye å velge i. Snacks på snackbaren var god, men det var veldig forskjellig på effektiviteten til de som jobbet der. Noen dager var det åpnet kl 10.00, mens andre ganger åpnet det ikke før kl 12.00. Renholdet på hotellet kunne vært bedre, om sengeteppet ble lagt over sengen ble sengen ikke redd opp, mye flekker på sengetøyet, selvom det var vasket. Det er to dører inn til leiligheten en merkisedør og en glassdør, glassdøren var alltid på vid gap når det var vasket. Dette førte til at vi opplevde både fluer, kakerlakker og maur på rommet. Resepsjonen var kjempe trivelig og alltid behjelpelig. Eneste vi har å kommentere her var at de ville ta ekstra betalt for det ene barnet vi hadde med som bodde med besteforeldrene sine, til tross for at hun var inkludert i bestillingen og betalt for. Dette ble tatt opp to ganget og perosnalet ga seg da vi fant frem bestillingsinformasjonen som beviste at hun var inkludert og alt betalt for. Dette var en veldig uheldig start, men resten av korrespondansen med perosnalet vat veldig hyggelig.

Lo mejor sin duda los camareros y las chicas de pisos!!! Trabajamos en hosteleria en Barcelona y el personal de restaurante, bar y snack bar fueron sin duda lo mejor del hotel. Lo unico que nos chocó mucho fue que en recepcion les costaba hablar en español y la animación nos decepcionó tremendamente, oímos varias quejas tambien estando en el hotel de esto. SOLO HABLABAN FRANCES, estando en mallorca..a una clienta se le tiró en cara que no iban a traducirle al español ya que habia un grupo de franceses. Creo que esto no deberia de ser asi…sintiendolo mucho, creo que esto debe mejorar enseguida.

Äckligt..

Hotellet i sej ganska ok, personalen i receptionen mycket trevlig o hjälpsam, Men själva rummet hade ostädade golv, AC som inte fungerade, gardiner som var trasiga...OCH toaletten/badrummet var helt ostädat o kan inte varit städat på lång tid.. toastolen var äcklig, damm o ingrodd smuts.. badkaret/duschen lika så... Tog bilder o visade i receptionen, dom skickade upp städerska på en gång.. badkaret/duschen fixades dagen efter... Även begränsade Allinclusiv tider.. kommer inte att rekommendera de här hotellet till någon

Velmi dobrý hotel v blízkosti nádherné zátoky

Velmi se nám v hotelu líbilo, pokoje jsou sice skromně zařízené, ale plně dostačující, stejně v nich jen přespíte. Strava byla chutná, výběr mohl být sice pestřejší, ale každý si vybral (možná to bylo tím, že bylo málo hostů a sezóna asi končila) . Jediné co nás zarazilo, že bylo celkem velké procento špinavého nádobí, jestli byla myčka stará, nebo rozbitá to nevíme. Jinak animační programy byly zábavné, okolí krásné v blízkosti nádherné zátoky s malou pláží ke koupání. Za nás pobyt ať už v tomhle hotelu, nebo jeho okolí určitě doporučujeme.
