Mal Ric is a beautiful, 250-year-old country house for rent, accommodating up to 8 people. The house is furnished in a rustic Mallorcan style, full of character, with high ceilings, wooden beams, and a huge, well-maintained Mediterranean garden with lawns and shrubs. The finca is located in the countryside between Cas Concos and Santanyi. It offers a large pool and terraces for enjoying the sun.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the dining table is located just inside the entrance. Next to it is the rustic kitchen. On the other side, overlooking the pool area, is the very spacious living room with access to the veranda and the outdoor dining area. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. The utility room is next to the kitchen.

On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms and three bathrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. These bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The ground floor has three further bedrooms and three bathrooms. The outdoor area is very beautiful and spacious, featuring a large swimming pool, terraces, a garden, a barbecue, and several areas for dining and relaxation.

There is also a ping-pong table.

The property also includes a tennis court, which is not maintained and, due to environmental factors, is not in the best condition. However, it can still be used for family fun at your own risk.
