WaterSound West Beach Cottage-EV Charger, SUP, Kayak

Beach Bliss is brimming with casual, coastal charms and is located within the gated community of WaterSound West Beach. This Florida cottage features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half bathroom, a retreat, and two porches overlooking the green space of Horseshoe Park. WaterSound West Beach is a gated community with security patrol.

*Dogs over 1 year old are permitted ONLY WITH OWNER APPROVAL and a non-refundable dog fee. Please include this information in your inquiry email. Large, high shedding dogs are not permitted at the house. Beach Bliss does not come with a golf cart and renters are not able to rent a golf cart.

The garage is filled with anything you can think of for a day at the beach and are included with the rental of Beach Bliss -
*Stand up paddleboard with wheels to transport the SUP to the beach
*One person kayak with wheels to transport the kayak to the beach

Beach Bliss's First Floor-
*Drop off center with hooks and bench at entrance.
*First master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, walk in shower with 2 shower heads, double sinks, and large closet.
*Half bathroom with driftwood mirror made by a local artist.
*Laundry room with washer and dryer.
*Gather in the family room which has a Smart TV and baskets of games for kids and adults!
*The bright kitchen is stocked with everything a cook could ever need. The breakfast bar seats 3 people.
*The dining room table seats 8-9 people.
*Enjoy dining al fresco in the screened in porch.
*Grill on the gas grill adjacent to the screened in porch.
*Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
*Garage for storage.
*Tesla charger-Generation 2, 220V, charging cable not provided, renter must bring their own charging cable, please charge in the driveway.

Beach Bliss's Second Floor-
*The upstairs master bedroom is bright and airy and has a king size bed, TV, and a large walk in closet. The connected sitting room has 2 chairs and a desk for working or studying. A french door leads out to the private upstairs porch overlooking peaceful Horseshoe Park. The private bathroom has a walk in shower with 2 shower heads and double sinks.
*The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet and TV.
*The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with 2 FULL size beds.
*The retreat has a full size sleeper sofa
*The upstairs bathroom has a large soaker tub.

Beach Bliss is a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the prettiest beach on 30A. All you need to do is follow the meandering boardwalks that lead to the pool and beach. You will cross a nature preserve and dune lake as you enter the beach. It's stunning! The dune lake that is located at the entrance to the beach flows in and out of the Gulf of Mexico. Kids love to skim board in the lake. The SUP and kayak can be brought in to the ocean or lake. You will love this quiet stretch of beach.

The resort pool is available to WaterSound West Beach residents and guests. There is a refrigerator and a grill at the pool and tables and chairs for dining. The pool has lanais and plenty of lounge chairs. There is also a puttering green for mini golf right near the pool and green space.

When you venture on 30A, you will find that there is tons to do, see, and eat. The lively eateries are within a few miles of Beach Bliss. WaterSound West Beach is conveniently located in the middle of all the action on 30A. To the west of Beach Bliss are Seagrove, Seaside, WaterColor, and Grayton Beach. To the east of Beach Bliss are Seacrest, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. Guaranteed you will find fresh, delicious food, fun, and shopping here! Whether you want to relax or take advantage of all of the activities in the area, your time at Beach Bliss will fly by!

Beach Bliss is truly a hidden gem on 30A! The gated watersound west community is peaceful, beautiful and the private beach is unmatched. The house is spacious, comfortable and well stocked. We used the beach gear and bikes everyday. We hope to be back very soon!

Better than advertised

Had a wonderful stay here for six nights. Pictures do not do it justice, and the area is wonderful. Beach was perfect with few people. Location was great for getting to the neighboring communities without being in the middle of populated area. Everything you would need, plus much more, to have a great time outdoors. Would highly recommend .

Beach bliss indeed

This place is awesome. It’s probably better than in the description. Perfect for me, my husband, 3 kids, mom and sister. Getting to and from the beach with our small kids was a bit of a challenge due to the .3 miles of boardwalk from the pool to the beach, but I don’t know how to make that any easier. Would love to stay again.

Second time staying at this property and it’s just wonderful! The neighborhood is so lovely. The house is very nice, spacious and very well equipped. This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and it lived up to our memory. Perfect location. Behind the gates it quiet and you have private access to beach and its never busy. Outside the gates is where the action happens. There is shopping, dining, cafe's, activities, all within biking distance. Our family had the best time and we will be back for a 3rd stay soon!

Our stay at Beach Bliss was wonderful! The house is so well stocked with everything you can possibly need. All you have to do is show up and enjoy! We ordered our groceries ahead of time at the Watersound Publix off of Hwy 98 , drove to the house and we were all set! We enjoyed all the amenities, the pool and beach gear, the bikes, the grill, you name it. The house was beautiful and spacious. We had 5 adults and 1 child and everyone had plenty of room. The neighborhood is close to everything but tucked away enough to feel so peaceful and serene. We hope to come back next year!

Definitely in my top stays ever! They had everything we could possibly need and more. The house was spotless. The neighborhood was wonderful. Easy walk/bike ride to the beach and pool. Just a bike ride away from touristy areas and was in a peaceful area to avoid that if you wanted. I hope to visit here again!!

Exquisite Beach Home and Community

This was our second time staying at Beach Bliss and it was just as delightful as the first! The neighborhood is so very charming and the boardwalks provide endless walking opportunities while viewing nature and wildlife. The hosts make their guests feel at home and are excellent communicators! They thoughtfully provide everything within the home to accommodate a week’s stay in addition to all the beach gear a family could imagine!

Wonderful home and neighborhood

The home was lovely and very well kept. The space was laid out efficiently and had everything we needed for our week. The full size bunk beds even accommodated our sons who are just over 6’ tall. Beach amenities of all kinds are provided: toys, umbrella, chairs, a wagon, coolers, and beach bags. There are also so many other things we found in the garage like horseshoes to use behind the house, putters and balls for the putting green by the boardwalk, and volleyballs. The neighborhood was quiet, and perfect for walks and bike rides. Though the distance from the pool entrance to the beach is long, you can ride bikes on the path and there is a location much closer to leave them. We also appreciated that the home had soap dispensers in each bathroom, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, plenty of toilet paper, plenty of towels and beach towels. They even had laundry detergent and dryer sheets. It was nice not having to pack all those things since we were traveling with an infant and already loaded down with all that gear. We loved our stay at beach bliss and made some great memories!

Excellent beach house

We had such a great time at the house. It was the most well stocked of a house we’ve ever stayed at in the area - it had all the cooking utensils we needed and all the beach gear that it made it easy for us to fly in and head to the beach without having to buy a bunch of gear. They even had beach bags and coolers and beach toys. The owners were communicative, the house was as listed, and the neighborhood pool was perfect for our kids. Would definitely stay again!
